  Bobby came right on the promised time to conduct annual maintenance on my Generac generator. He did an out standing job troubleshooting the boiler, changed all the fluids and replaced the battery. Outstanding professional job. Very pleased with Bobby’s quality of service, his attitude, and his knowledge.

  If you are considering a whole house generator I highly recommend Specturm Electric. Their entire team from sales, to installation and follow up was excellent. Dylan did a great job at explaining what was needed in layman’s terms. Miguel and Christian were terrific along with others in the crew to dig gas lines and set up the system. They came early or on time, did exactly what they said they’d do and finished on time. They needed to dig through new landscaping. After installing the crew put the landscaping back like they were never here. Very professional. Ryan who installed, came on time, finished on time, and patiently answered every question I had. He was terrific too. It was a long wait from start to getting the install but it Specturm was worth it.

  It is rare today to find a company who offers exceptional customer service. From start to finish Havier the owner was attentive to our input prior to and after installation. As Havier put it “ we want to insure everything is right “. It is also rare that the owner of the company comes out to insure we were happy with the installation. Spectrum electric has a close working relationship with Generac to insure all systems are functioning properly including routine maintenance and warranty. I highly recommend Spectrum Electric for their integrity, honesty and master electrician installation. Miguel the master electrician was very kind and professional and knowledgeable.

  Spectrum Electric is the very best for Generac generator installation. Every single person who worked on the installation of our new Generac was top-notch from start to finish . Kristen runs things smoothly from their office, Dylan made sure we had the correct size of everything and that it was expertly installed, and Bear Explained everything and made sure I understood the maintenance schedule and what to do during a power outage and how to manage my load if necessary. Spectrum Electric has been our chosen service since we had a generator for many years at our previous home. They are the ones we wanted to install the new generator in our new home. I highly recommend this business and their employees.

  Ok, where do I start? First of all I am a retired electrician and owned my practice for 13 years. I spent my life doing electrical work. The crew from Spectrum Electric worked like a fine tuned watch. They were professional, knowledgeable, considerate and a master of generator installations. Miguel, the leader of the crew lead his installers working each section like: generator mounting, transfer switch wiring and inside load management installation clicking better than I ever had in all of my years. Steve was fantastic as the inside person who doubled up when it came to helping with digging a trench. If you are considering having a generator installed in the Denver area you must give consideration to Spectrum Electric, quite honestly they are the best and worth the wait!! I am adding to this post because the final gas hookup and testing was just completed and wow, I can’t say enough about Spectrum Electrics people. Bear and Bobby finished off the gas hookup up and setup along with generator testing. The both of them acted like a pro sports team knowing how to pass the ball for the touchdown! They were meticulous in their connections and neatness. Their verbal communications made me understand what they were doing and how my generator operates. Truly, I cannot think of another company coming close to what Spectrum offers. Here’s another tip, the electrical inspector gave the best of compliments as to Spectrums ability. And one more thing; other than this project, and Dylan’s (sales) contact with me, I never knew them or had an attachment to them. I’m just that pleased.
