  We had a great experience with Spectrum! Although it was a several-month wait due to demand, they were great about expectations and keeping in touch. Communication was outstanding throughout the process - time frames, scheduling, on-site, etc. There were NO surprises. Even the county inspector commented on Spectrum's work; consistent high quality and no issues. Highly recommended!

  13 yo Generac 27kw liquid cooled genny- Kristen at Spectrum helped troubleshoot effectively over the phone, getting us up and running, and Ryan's onsite service as always on-time, thorough, and answered all my pesky questions patiently. Great team!

  Bobby and Ryan showed up on time for annual maintenance. Really did a great job. Professional and clean. They were also able to get my older generator connected to the Mobil App. Very happy with the service and explanations of everything they did. Felt like I got the "A" Team.

  Work was scheduled and arrived on time. Effort was for annual maintenance of generator and house .inter-connections. Technician did a complete and efficient job of checking continued functionality and replacement of support materials , testing batterysuch as plugs, oil and air filter, checking valve clearances and validating battery and oil heater. Excellent effort and completed quickly and efficiently.

  Spectrum did an outstanding job from start to finish. The install crew of Miguel, Alex, Steve and others did an awesome job through installation. I appreciated being kept in the loop with the different steps involved. The process was finalized by Ryan’s expertise in setting up the generator for use. The entire crew was very knowledgeable and professional. Special thanks to Javier for his coordination through the entire project. Thanks for your excellent service!
