  Bobby Aguon has expertly serviced our emergency generator several times in the past and this time his work was no exception. He diligently went about his task and thoroughly debriefed me on what he did. Our unit is definitely ready for the coming winter.

  From first contact through generator activation this morning with Bobby, the Spectrum team has been great to work with. We always knew where we were in their installation queue, and everyone who showed up to do the work was clearly very good at what they did - install was quick, clean, and professional. County inspections took a matter of minutes because the quality of work was obvious. Bobby came by this morning to do the initial startup and ensure the online monitoring was in place - again, quick and professional. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Spectrum to anyone needing a whole house power solution.

  Our generator installation was as promised. The Spectrum installation crew provided additional touches including the aesthetics of the elements as well as insuring components and connections were installed to specifications and code. All elements were installed and working as expected with minimal household interruption. Final inspections and testing passed with ease. We are very pleased we selected Spectrum Electric for this service. The support and sales personal at Spectrum have also been excellent answering product questions and processing various documents to file warranties and billing.

  Everyone on their team was very professional. I was hoping to place our Generac unit in a specific location and they did exactly what I needed. The unit itself supports all the appliances and lighting in the house, such that it should carry us through an extended period. I couldn’t be more pleased with the work and the device.

  From our first contact about a consistent connectivity problem I was having through scheduling and the successful resolution, this outfit knows Generac equipment well. I was leaving town for an extended period, they understood the problem during out first tel con, actually had the specific part IN STOCK and arrived 3 days early to install. A really good group of people to deal with--THANKS Spectrum.
