  Tony was very knowledgeable of the steps to fix the problems with my garage door. He was exceptionally expedient in identifying the issues that needed attention. He was very congenial & offered tips on how to make my garage door last longer. I will always use One Clear Choice for my garage door repairs.

  I had a very positive experience. I replaced my double dour and my single door with Clopay R18.4 insulated doors. My single door required a custom High lift rail so it would go all the way to the ceiling (within a few inches) rapidly. my ceiling is about 11ft. The garage door needed to clear my golf enclosure. Because of this special design Eric did all the measurements and joined the installation team with Steven. Bonnie did a great job with all the mods a made along the way and my custom needs. They did a great job. I highly recommend One Clear Choice Garage Doors in Castlerock.

  First they had a scheduling error and had to reschedule us to a later date, annoying. They should have just tried to accommodate us anyway AND scheduled a back up in case. So another 2 weeks goes by and they come out only to discover that we had the wrong extension part. It was the Home Depot rep who sold me that so, not my fault but now I have to go back to a store to exchange it. Then clear choice called me the next day to schedule again. The rep was not friendly, quite rude actually and wouldn’t schedule it without me confirming we have the right part. It hasn’t even been a full day since we found out we have the wrong one. And Really, they don’t trust that I can manage going to Home Depot in the next few days by the time the installation is scheduled? Stupid and not customer service oriented at all. They are not getting our business.

  Excellent work from quoting to installation! Eric came out twice to provide and initial quote and then before ordering to ensure everything was correct. (Driveway was replaced). He talked through all the options, especially since the opening clearance was critical. Gage came right when scheduled and did an awesome job at the install, even being patient with my questions. The finished product is just what I wanted! A awesome experience at a competitive price!

  I am selling a home and the inspection revealed the garage doors out of adjustment. One Clear Choice had an expert, Tony Godde, over the next day. Tony was easy to talk to, provided a comprehensive explanation of the process, and proceeded to adjust the garage doors and replace the old spring in one of the doors. He was very professional, up front with pricing, explained options concisely, and I would use/ and recommend Tony in the future!
