  I had Simply Floors install Luxury Vinyl Plank floor in my 1000 sq ft condo. The job involved removing the old carpet and I had tile in the kitchen and hallway. The estimated 3-4 day job only took two days to complete. The carpet and tile was removed and the concrete floors were prepped on the first day. The plank flooring was meticulously installed and looks like one continuous plank throughout the condo. Simply Floors also installed and painted the baseboards in the photos, too. I recommend Simply Floors and I’m very happy with the product and the installation. I worked with the Design Consultant at the Centennial store who explained all the grades and styles of plank flooring to help us make the right product choice for us.

  Very pleased with the outcome of our floors and, especially, the quality of the installation. Kimberly was very patient with me during the process and helped guide me to a material that felt like a perfect match for our home. Would definitely opt for this company again both for ordering material and installation.

  Kevin C and Kristin were great! Simply Floors & Painting communicated throughout the whole process, stuck to the original timeline despite an unexpected crew conflict and we are so very happy that the oak floors we had refinished can shine once again. They even went the extra mile to come back and touch up a few little things to make sure we were completely satisfied with the job. Highly recommend!!

  The quality of service, communication and finished product were top notch. Considering we tied in a new floor with an existing red oak floor that was at least 15 years old and that the match/blend was essentially perfect/unnoticeable, I would say that we were extremely pleased with the results and Kevin C was a pleasure to deal with.

  We just had all of our carpet replaced and hardwoods refinished throughout our home. We cannot say enough about our sales, rep, Lyubov,, in the store. She helped us pick out our carpet and came to our home to measure out everything on her iPad. The carpet installers were amazing. Uriel and Ismael were incredibly efficient and did a fantastic job. Our carpet is gorgeous, and we could not be happier with both the carpet installation and the hardwood refinishing crew. I highly recommend Simply Floors for any of your flooring needs.
