  Having the project manager was great to work with. He was very quick to respond to all my phone calls. All issues I called about was quickly taken care of by Kevin. The entire crew that worked on our project were professional and punctual.

  We are so happy with our new carpet and had such a great experience from start to finish! Kim and Connie were both wonderful to work with—helpful, professional, and made the whole process easy. Uriel and his team did an amazing job. They arrived right on time, worked efficiently, and took great care with everything. They also cleaned up thoroughly before they left, which we really appreciated. The entire experience was smooth and stress-free, and we absolutely love how the carpet turned out. Highly recommend!

  Simply Floors performed a sand/refinish on our oak floors, and screen/recoat on our oak stairs. Edges are typically a challenge to get smooth and consistent when sanding and refinishing floors, and they did an outstanding job with no visible transition between edges and main floor sanding. We were very pleased with the result, and will be calling Kevin Cumiskey and his team for any future floor needs we have.

  During June 1-5, I had all new LVP flooring and carpet installed in my condo. A month before the installation, I went to Simply Floors as a referral from a neighbor who recently had new floors installed by Simply Floors. She told me that her Design Consultant was Kimberly Tarango. When I initially visited Simply Floors in Centennial, Lyubov Agasiyev was in the showroom and was very helpful about educating me on the LVP flooring. She was aware that I would be contacting Kimberly for a home visit. Kimberly came to my condo and did all measurements and gave me a quote. It was important that the installation took place during the 1st week of June and Simply Floors completed the total installation during that time. The main installer of the hard surface was Lucas. He and his crew were very hard working and Lucas kept me informed of their progress daily. When the installers left, they cleaned up the area. I LOVE my new flooring and carpet (on the stairs only) and would totally recommend Simply Floors.
