  Jose was great, the only issue I had, my appointment was from 8-11 and at 11:30 I still had not heard from anyone. You would think dispatch would have called to let you know some other job that as an “emergency “ came up, rather then me hanging out at the house all morning waiting and having to call in myself.

  We’ve recently used Plumbline through Costco, to replace HVAC, whole Home Air Cleaner, Humidifier, replace electrical panels-electrical outlets/GFI’s throughout our home & for a whole house water filtration system. Everyone we’ve dealt with has been professional, knowledgeable, trustworthy, efficient and highly competent. We feel confident that all the work done at our home through Plumbline has been completed with the highest level of care and attention. It’s likely not the most economical route, but it has brought us the peace of mind knowing that our home is up to code, safe, and cool/warm. I would call in them again for maintenance should I need any. I will also call back when I’m ready for new light fixtures & plumbing fixtures.

  Really responsive, friendly, down to earth experience with Plumbline. I reached out to them because I have a Costco membership, and had 2 other companies quote me for heat pumps, to replace my 30 year old AC that died in August. Kelsey did a great job getting in touch, and was able to pivot to my schedule. Plumbline did an excellent job scheduling our install prior to October 1st, so as to receive maximum rebates from Excel for said heat pump. Our installers, Oscar and Xuan (sp ?) did great work, and the electrician, Joe, gave good advice as well.

  Run away. Beware. These guys are clearly running a scripted con. I called for a sewer drain cleanout for $93. They sent two kids who were still "in training" to run the snake blind without using a camera. After they snaked the drain, they were inconclusive because they had zero visual information. They said that only "their supervisor" could run the camera and that would be an extra $300. The supervisor "Ross" showed up and it was clear he had decided I needed a new sewer line installed before he even put the camera down. The camera revealed some roots, but no offset or signs of collapse. Ross assured me that my drain line was in dire need of replacement and that it would be $30k. I was stunned by this news. Ross was cavalier suggesting that they would tear up my basement with a jackhammer. He was anxious to get me to schedule to service. I told him I needed to sleep on it. After a bit of digging into reviews for Plumbline, it appears this is a common shakedown. I called Sewer Lines Now and they sent a single guy who scoped and cleared out my lines and had it draining perfectly for $350. The after cleaning video made it clear that my drain line was not in need of repair. Plumbline was trying to sell me services I did not need. They were happy to come a rip up my lawn, kill my trees and cut a hole in my basement when it was not necessary. Beware Plumbline and beware of Ross. Extremely shady.

  Final update after installation of a hot water heater, furnace, and heat pump. Plumbline Services would be a 5 star review, however, there were a few issues in communication in the process. The management team and install team did a great job showing they want to create a positive customer experience and expressed intent to maintain a 10+ year relationship. From install to resolution of final issues was less than a week. I had concerns over the routing of the venting for the furnace & hot water heater and they came back out and did an excellent job. I went with Plumbline because of the Costco relationship. The communication in the sales process to the install was frustrating getting commitment on what hot water heater would be installed (Model # and specs). If this had been more transparent I think the whole process would have been easier. During install I was surprised with the add-on pricing. I understand these are highly skilled workers who deserve to be paid well and I hope the company makes a profit so they can be around to support my HVAC & plumbing needs. With so many trades on site I thought there may be a savings in having them complete the electrical & plumbing upgrades they recommended. $450 for outdoor faucet replacement, +$684 for water pressure regulator, $450 to install a $120 surge protector that was done in ~20min, $1,164 to replace a 6' flex gas line from the wall to hot water heater. This is on an already $26k job with full HVAC and hot water heater and all trades on site with materials in their truck. I was hopeful to bring these other items up to date at a fair cost with one appointment. Maybe this is the reality of what plumbing costs these days. The install crew HVAC, Electrical, and Plumbing were all great and I appreciate their work.
