  I had my yearly maintenance done on 6/25/26 for my HVAC system. The technician who came was Kendrick who had been to my house before. Kendrick is very polite, professional and knowledgeable. He's always able to answer my questions and leaves the work area clean when he has finished. I have used Plumblines HVAC installation services, Plumbing and Electrical before and each technician has been polite, professional and knowledgeable and I have received great service. I recommend them for all the services they provide.

  We are newcomers to this area having relocated from Virginia. We purchased a beautiful home, unfortunately, we had no history on the dwelling other than its building date. All appliances and HVAC systems were original and, we desired to have the major systems evaluated. We had the electrical, furnace, AC unit, and plumbing assessed. Several issues were addressed, all in a timely, professional manner. We were very impressed with this company and would not hesitate to refer Plumbline Services.

  I had a great experience with this plumbing company from start to finish. They were able to get me scheduled quickly, which I really appreciated since I was dealing with a floor drain that wasn’t draining properly. Communication was excellent throughout the entire process. They arrived when they said they would, and did exactly what was needed to get the drain flowing again. There were no surprises, and the pricing was upfront, fair, and very reasonable. $93 to clear drain some companies are charging 3 to 4 times That. What really stood out to me was their professionalism and honesty. After dealing with so many contractors during multiple renovation projects, it’s refreshing to find a company that doesn’t try to nickel-and-dime you or upsell services you don’t need. They simply, fixed the issue quickly and efficiently,

  I had an appointment scheduled to fix the water heater temperature pressue relief valve based on the findings of a master plumber. On the day of my appointment, about 2 hours before, Plumbline called me and said they did not have anyone to come out and I had to reschedule. I rescheduled. On the new appointment day, I explained what the master plumber found. The Plumbline tech tested the valve and said it was not working correctly. I told him that I had a valid warranty. The technician immediately responded that Rheem only warranties the tank, although he never lookup any info. I looked at my warranty and it was for the tank and parts. I told the technician and he said that was for connectors at the top and other pieces, implying it was not covered. I asked him what are considered 'parts'. He said values and listed some other pieces. I responded that what is broken is a valve (which is what he told me)(??). He said he could call and check, but he did not think it would be covered. He said he would be right back. While he was away I called Rheem and explained the situation and what that technician told me and Rheem said it is covered. When the technician came back, he told me it was not covered and said he would not be able to fix now because he had an emergency issue that he had to leave for. He said they will have someone else come out to repair. I definitely will avoid Plumline.

  I received excellent service from Plumbline Services when replacing my 30 year old HVAC system. The team members were organized, knowledgeable, hard-working, and respectful of me and my home. Kelsey identified and designed a system that met my home needs. Lily, Warren, and Oscar worked all day to dismantle the old HVAC system and install the new HVAC system, leaving the work space looking cleaner/better than when they arrived. They showed me what they had done, how the systems worked, and what I should maintain to keep things working at an optimal level. Warren showed me how to program the new thermostat. While Brenden was here to complete the electrical work for the HVAC system, he noticed a safety issue with my 30 year old smoke alarms. I ended up contracting for some additional electrical work and replacing all of my old smoke alarms. I was impressed with the entire Plumbline team. When I mentioned that to the city inspectors who came to the house the next day to inspect the work, they were not surprised. Everything looked good! I will not hesitate to use Plumbline Services again in the future.
