  Plumbline , just another name for Con Artists. The rep was more interested in selling a damn membership instead of fixing the problem. We originally declined their "VIP Membership" but were signed up anyway despite them clearly being told "No, we don't want this". Good thing we checked our email because we got the "Welcome to VIP" .That is just where it started. On top of that , they tried to claim that they didn't sign us up. Strike 1. Next thing that was an awful experience was timing. There were never any clear communication on when the tech was supposed to be there and we were expected to work around their schedule. Umm no, we're paying you. You show up on our time. So because of that we were without drinking water for a weekend. Then the dispatcher outright lied about the conversation regarding availability. Strike 2. And Finally, we had enough of their bullshit. Sorry for the language but at this point it's clear this company is only after money and could seriously care less about providing a community service. We reached for a second opinion. Guess what? The second opinion came in $250 cheaper, no crappy little membership pitch, and also pointed out that Plumbline was quoting unnecessary work. So basically, they were trying to rip us off and we caught them red handed. Never reaching out Plumbline EVER again. Strike 3. Bottom line, this company operates dishonestly, lacks integrity, and is clearly motivated by money. Never trust an organization that markets themselves as something they are not. They clearly know they're gaslighting their customers into believing their reality in hopes you won't notice you're being conned.

  I'm a caretaker for my 83 year old disabled grandmother that has a heart problem. We called Plumbline Wednesday morning to have someone come out to take a look at the mainline in our home as there was a possible blockage. Travis arrived to the house. The snake wouldn't go out to the mainline in the street from our house. He put a camera in the drain and found its a possible broken/collapsed pipe. Although I didn't meet him in person, he was knowledgeable, professional and helpful in answering my questions and wanted to immediately get started with the work by that Friday so my grandmother wouldn't have to go through the weekend without the use of the facilities in the home. I appreciate his timely response and care and concern for staying in touch and wanting to get everything going and taken care of and was very willing to help us every step of the way! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Travis and Plumbline for ANYTHING that you need fixed they are professional, knowledgeable, reliable, consistent and efficient in what they do! I'll be telling everyone I know about their services and of course Travis! Thank you Travis and Plumbline! AAA+

  We’d been dealing with a slow basement drain for a few days, and over the weekend things got worse and started backing up with water. I was honestly hesitant to call a plumber because I was expecting the worst and figured I might end up doing the work myself since my dad used to be a plumber. This is actually the second time we’ve used Plumbline Services. They previously installed a water heater for us years ago, and their customer service and response time continue to be impressive. Tate came out and was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and able to fix the issue fairly quickly. What I appreciated most was that he’s clearly passionate about his trade and took the time to explain what he was doing without talking down to me or assuming I knew nothing about plumbing. The pricing was reasonable, and he also explained their VIP membership, which actually helped save money on today’s visit and should give us some peace of mind going forward. Overall, really positive experience, and I definitely appreciate Tate’s work and professionalism.

  Plumbline delivered an outstanding experience from start to finish. Sam kicked things off with an excellent furnace inspection and cleaning (3 units total). He was thorough, professional, and took the time to explain everything he was seeing. It’s rare to find someone who combines technical skill with that level of care, and Sam absolutely nailed it. Geoff followed up with clear, honest guidance on my furnace replacement options. No pressure, no upselling — just straightforward explanations and smart recommendations that helped me make the right decision with confidence. When installation day came, Tyler and his crew — Jeremiah and Oscar — did phenomenal work. They were efficient, respectful of my home, and the craftsmanship on the new furnace install was top‑tier. Everything was clean, dialed‑in, and tested before they left. You could tell they take pride in doing the job right. From inspection to install, every step was smooth and professional. Plumbline has earned my trust, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing HVAC work.

  Will is a great technician. Aside from his cool Aussie accent, he is fast, reliable, and a great communicator. He came for a simple maintenance service, but ended up doing so much more. His knowledge and experience are clear from the start in call he gives you before he arrives, to the condition he leaves the job site in, and shows you, before he goes. This isn’t the first time he has serviced things at our house and he reminded me of that when we talked. Just to show how he goes above and beyond expectations. On the way out the door, he noticed my irrigation valve leaking and stopped to put quickly put some teflon tape on it and fix it. Now that’s service you can trust.
