  Jim, squeezed us in on very short notice. Did not over sell. fixed a very inexpensive part on a very old AC. His labor rate was very fair and he didn't mark up the part (I googled it). He didn't push for a new system, educated me on the process and components . He was a very nice guy and I felt comfortable with him being around my family. I'll be calling him when it comes time to replace they system for sure. He didn't take advantage on a 95 degree day!
