  Buckle up, I’ve got a lot to say about my experience! When I found out (from my gutter cleaning guy) that I needed to replace my roof, I was stressed. I searched my neighborhood Facebook group for recommendations and found Gen3, called and spoke to Cameron, and he came out immediately to take a look and talk to me. From that first conversation, I was so incredibly taken care of and reassured by his friendly and professional demeanor. My previous roofing material had failed well within what should have been its expected life. Cameron and Gen3 worked for several weeks trying to track down the manufacturer so I could pursue a warranty claim. Ultimately, that wasn’t successful due to the manufacturer and previous roofing company being out of business, but they doggedly pursued every avenue on my behalf, for which I was so grateful. I was worried about the expense of replacing the roof out of pocket, but the bid was surprisingly reasonable. Easily $10K less than I’d expected to pay. They were in contact throughout the process, checking in with updates, and asking my preferences. Every person I spoke to was so kind and efficient. They also helped me navigate the approval process with my (very particular) HOA and were ready to go as soon as I got the approval to proceed. As far as the actual work, they were super fast, and while it’s of course a messy process, they cleaned up every bit of the area around my house perfectly. They even went so far as to put my patio chairs and all my random back porch stuff back in the exact position it had been in before. There was not so much as a scrap of paper left behind. It’s like they were never here! And I personally didn’t find the work to be overly noisy or anything. I actually worked from home both days they were here with no problems. The new roof looks amazing, and I could not be happier with my experience! The thing about getting a new roof is I likely won’t need them in the future (fingers crossed), but I will tell anyone who asks about what a seamless, dare I say pleasant, process this was.

  Full roof replacement, soffit replacement, gutter replacement- Excellent experience working with Gen 3 Roofing, they over-delivered in all aspects of the job. We got quotes/inspections from 4 different companies; we chose Gen 3 based on their thorough, detailed inspection, their clear, concise and detailed estimate, and their overall professional level of communication. Very satisfied with the job when it was complete. Aaron, Dawson, and their crew did an excellent job, worked quickly and efficiently, and left our home looking and feeling great. 5 stars, highly recommended.

  Aaron & Dawson along with the crew of 9 who knocked out our house, carriage house and detached 3 car garage in a day in a half. Everyone was absolutely wonderful to work with and would highly recommend them for any and all of your roofing needs. Gorgeous job. My wife and I love how our house looks now.   Had a time crunch on getting a new roof. Cameron, Aaron, and the crew all came through and exceeded my expectations. Best contractor I've ever worked with. They are an amazing roofing company and even better people. I'm almost looking forward to my new roof getting smoked by hail just so I can use these guys again.
