  Axel was very friendly, professional, thorough, went through my whole AC system inside and outside today. Answered all my questions. I felt very good with the service he provided. Will definitely use Bell Plumbing again and I recommend Axel and Bell P for your HVAC needs.

  What we ordered was a new furnace and air conditioner, what we got was thoroughly excellent service along with it. From the moment Emilio, Omar and Sasha arrived at my house all the way to the final pressure measurements and walkthrough, these guys were the best. Knowledgeable enough to correct prior inefficiencies, and with an eye towards preventing future problems built right into their design. Friendly, efficient, and thorough, can't say enough good things about Bell!

  I had a great experience with Dylan from Bell Plumbing. He arrived right on time, which I really appreciated, and provided excellent customer service from start to finish. He explained everything clearly and offered upfront pricing with no surprises. The work was done efficiently and to a high standard—overall, a fantastic job. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Dylan to anyone needing reliable plumbing services.

  I had 2 simple jobs , cost 740.00 with discount. ( new faucet changed out to change color) didn’t leak before but does now. Then shower drain pipe need repositioned-reconnected and glued . With 5 calls later and AI assistant answering- will get someone out. Customer service said “ they will wave the fee to send someone out” and I may incur charges for fixing repair. What the leak that they caused? Now i have to take off work for a 4 hour window to fix something that wasn’t broken. The best was repeating myself to the AI assistant 100 times. THEN update they were supposed to come back and fix leak they caused . Their dispatch canceled at 4 pm at the last part of their show up window. Let’s see if they actually for the reschedule,

  We’ve now used Bell for multiple repairs/replacements in our home for the last 4 years. They have been fantastic at routine checks/maintenance with honest feedback we can trust. Now we’ve had three installations (furnace, hot water heater, and AC). Yesterday, Emilio and Omar installed our new AC—I work from home and there were barely any disruptions from the time they started until finish. They were super personable and great with my dogs, a plus with their professionalism on the job at hand. Trey arrived near the end to wrap up some electrical work and they worked seamlessly as a team. Can’t thank them enough for their hard work and kindness through the day. Also love that Bell is unionized—nice reassuring bonus that the workers in our home are well cared for by their company!
