  Tomas Magallan was outstanding. He was professional, thorough, patient, and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to properly diagnose a leak that another plumbing company had failed to correct, identified the exact source of the problem, explained clearly what had been done incorrectly before, and fixed it properly. What impressed us most was his attention to detail. He did not just make assumptions or apply a temporary fix — he carefully inspected the shutoff valve, found that the previous installer had reused old components that were leaking, replaced the necessary parts, and then tested everything to make sure there were no leaks. After dealing with a very frustrating plumbing situation, it was a huge relief to finally have someone competent, honest, and professional handle the problem correctly. Tomas represents Bell Plumbing extremely well. We would absolutely recommend him and would specifically request him again in the future. Excellent work and excellent service.

  Aaron was great, got on the issue, checked all parameters and replaced our thermostat to restart our AC on a hot hot day! Also very polite and helpful answering ?s. Also kept things clean. Recommend Bell!

  As a former employee of Bell (on the plumbing side), I’m still very much convinced that there isn’t a better home services company than Bell Plumbing. My a/c went out and I called Bell to fix it. I got what every Bell customer gets…not what the management’s, owner’s, warehouse staff, and peer’s favorite and most beloved co-worker gets…excellent service from a well qualified professional. Vuk went above and beyond just like I remember him doing years ago when I got to where the Bell uniform. Thanks again Vuk! And thanks to the team that got him here.

  Dante and his team from Bell did an excellent job with our new tankless hot water heater. They were extremely professional, did great work, and fully cleaned up the space when they were done. Could be happier with the job!

  After all of our recent rain, our sump pump malfunctioned - on a Sunday. Bell called us back on Sunday to make an appointment for Monday morning. Joe replaced our sump pump located in the basement crawl space. Joe was professional, courteous and efficient in getting the work done in a hard to access location. Thank you for the quick response.
