- LMLinda Miller6 days ago1.0Sent to me by Don's garage door. $29.95 tune up special was not performed. Company was unhappy i said no to nearly $800 spring replacement estimate. That's when the tech started packing up his truck and called his supervisor saying if he didn't make a repair, they'd need to know. Harrison cut the estimate to $500. When I still refused, I paid the $33 fee. Nothing was oiled except one spot on the door. See photos I'd highly suggest getting a second opinion. Or better yet just skip them. Called the Don's garage line and after a 5 minute hold, was told to leave a message.

My first contact was to the business owner, Christian, who was incredibly responsive and helpful in getting a technician scheduled for the very next morning. Josh then called me right away from the A-1 office to finalize the appointment, which I really appreciated. The technician, Damien, arrived right on time the next morning and was very efficient, helpful, and knowledgeable. He took the time to show me exactly how to operate the new system and even took a follow-up call from me the next day to answer an additional question I had. The entire staff is professional, friendly, and they provided me with outstanding service - along with a fantastic new garage door system which is working perfectly. Great local business—HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
