- TMTerri McallisterJun 16, 20265.0We purchased a dishwasher from Home Depot. Their subcontractor was supposed to install it. First they said there was a leak in the water line, then they said we had to remove part of the new flooring, but they wouldn't do it. We called Johnny's and explained the problem. Ken came out, cut a small amount of the flooring and installed the dishwasher. Never said that he couldn't do it. No more HD subcontractors!!! Johnny's is the best!!!
- CBColleen BarnitzJun 16, 20265.0We had a Bosch heat pump installed last November. Connor was an invaluable technical resource and Alanna our pm was very responsive. When it was cold this winter it kept us very warm and now the AC mode cools the house nicely. We're very happy with the install!
- GNGinger NinjaJun 8, 20265.0They charged me $176 to replace a section of pipe that had a hole. Which is around $1,200 LESS than Big Cat quoted me for the bare minimum. Plus on top of that Big Cat wanted to upsell me on a whole new water heater despite it being only a couple years old. Guaranteed the final bill would have been well over quote as slow as the Big Cat dude was moving. Johnny's arrived maybe 10 minutes after the Big Cat guy and still got the repair done in maybe 20 minutes tops This was before Big Cat guy could even wrap up his sales pitch. Unless it's an emergency I'll always just wait for Johnny's or River Valley even if they're booked up. These are locals serving locals. I don't know what Big Cat is up to with their pricing.

This is the first time I’ve ever owned a broiler and he gave me a full run down on how everything worked and what usually goes bad. He went far above and beyond and it was a great experience even from the first call to set up the appointment. Everyone I’ve talked to has been great. They have fair prices for top tier work.
