  We brought Patriot Pros out for an additional quote for doing our furnace and ac. Although we had quotes from other companies, Patriot Pros was upfront, honest, and had exceptional standards in how they treat their possible customer. They were attentive to what we needed, listened to what we wanted, shared advice, and provided us with honest information about what their suggestions were. Although they were not the cheapest quote, I felt comfortable that they would provide outstanding work. Every person that set foot in our home were polite, engaging, careful in what they did, and how they did it. If we had questions, they stopped to answer. We now have a comfortable home that will provide us comfort for years to come. I cant give Patriot Pros and their staff enough credit! They were outstanding.

  Out AC went out. Patriot showed up and diagnosed the issue next day. They gave an incredibly detailed explanation of the issue and options. We opted to replace the furnace entirely and they had the old one out and the new one in, next day! Techs were extremely polite, on time, and got the job done astonishingly fast! We will be using Patriot for all of these kinds of emergencies in the future. Just an all around great local business.

  This company seems to care more about collecting fees than taking care of its customers. I called to schedule an appointment to have a plumbing/HVAC leak in my basement evaluated, and they rescheduled my appointment three separate times in just two days. After the third reschedule, I explained that I couldn’t continue rearranging my schedule because they weren’t showing up. I felt it was only reasonable to ask them to waive their $100 dispatch fee if they still wanted the opportunity to earn my business, considering all three cancellations/reschedules were on their end. They refused. Meanwhile, the issue I was trying to have addressed has continued, and now my carpet is wet and I’m dealing with concerns about mold. I understand that schedules can change and emergencies happen, but rescheduling a customer three times and then refusing to make even a small accommodation for the inconvenience is extremely disappointing. There are plenty of other plumbing and HVAC companies that value their customers, show up when promised, and stand behind their service. Based on my experience, I would recommend looking elsewhere.

  Absolutely incredible service from Patriot Pros! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Our AC needed to be recharged, and Patriot Pros did an amazing job from start to finish. They were extremely polite, professional, and respectful, and they got the job done quickly without sacrificing quality. It’s so refreshing to have a company show up when they say they will, know exactly what they’re doing, and genuinely care about providing great service. Our AC is working perfectly again, and we couldn’t be happier! Highly recommend Patriot Pros to anyone needing HVAC service! We will absolutely be calling them again in the future.   Patriot Pros did an outstanding job recharging my AC! From start to finish, they were professional, friendly, knowledgeable and most importantly trustworthy. They got everything taken care of quickly and had my AC blowing cold again in no time. I really appreciate the great service and attention to detail.
