- DRDonna RyanMay 22, 20265.0Whenever you have to call a well servicing company it's never fun. We've used two other well install/maintenance companies in past years but Hier is far better. Their office staff is consistently helpful, very prompt, and their techs are professional. They seem to genuinely care about customers in the way they speak with you, go out of their way to get you on their busy schedules, and make sure all is done properly. They even sent out techs at 4:30 on the Friday before Memorial Day weekend to quickly take care of a small issue. Most other companies wouldn't have even answered the phone probably. We finally found our well company, should we need anything in the future. Highly recommend.
