Kevin, of Hier Drilling, who answered the phone was very accommodating and dispatched crew out to our home within an hour. Justin and his assistant wasted no time in diagnosing and fixing the problem. Justin explained what the repair would entail, and before he left he explained why the problem occurred. He also made a recommendation on avoiding future problems. We appreciated having "a person" answer our phone call and immediately take action. We also appreciated having such polite and efficient young men do the work in our home. We wholeheartedly recommend Hier Drilling.
