  We had a great experience in the purchase of our new home. Julianna and Chris were awesome to work with! Julianna was attentive, kind, and very knowledgeable, making the sales side of our purchase easy. If there were ever any issues or questions, Julianna was quick to respond and made sure that we were always well informed and taken care of. Chris, the superintendent, was also fantastic to work with. He did a great job delivering our house to us. During our walkthrough, Chris went through everything with a fine-toothed-comb and ensured that any items needing attention were promptly corrected. This is our second new home purchase with Richmond and the team at Chateau at the Meadows are a big reason why we chose Richmond again.

  Julianna, was a pleasure to work with. Her professionalism was spot on. She was wonderful to work with. Chris as well has been easy to work with. Still have a few minor things that need attention, but I’m sure we can work thru them with ease.

  We couldn’t be happier with our experience at Chateau at The Meadows, and a huge part of that was working with Julianna and Chris. From our very first visit, Julianna was outstanding. She took the time to show us the community, answer every question we had, and guide us through the buying process without ever making us feel pressured. She was knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely cared about helping us make the right decision for our family. Once we were under contract, Chris became involved and was fantastic throughout the remainder of the process. He guided us through each walkthrough, carefully documented every item we identified, coordinated with the appropriate contractors to make sure issues were addressed, and always took the time to answer our questions. He was professional, thorough, and made us feel confident that our concerns were being taken seriously. What has impressed us most is that their support didn’t end at closing. Even after moving into our home, both Julianna and Chris have remained incredibly responsive whenever we’ve had questions about our home, warranty items, the neighborhood, or surrounding construction. They’ve continued to stay in touch and have always been willing to help, which is something you don’t often experience after buying a home. Buying a home is one of the biggest decisions a family can make, and having people like Julianna and Chris on your side makes all the difference. They are knowledgeable, honest, responsive, and genuinely kind-hearted people who truly care about the homeowners they work with. We wholeheartedly recommend Chateau at The Meadows, and especially Julianna and Chris.   Juliana at the sales office was great, kind and informative. We were going to buy a home at the 55+ Regency at Montain and were close to signing and the sales agent abruptly bombarded us with a sales agreement and numerous documents to get a sale at the end of the month. Total turnoff. We liked the Chateau and reached out and Juliana made our dream happen while she was at a wedding. Talk about Customer Service. She knows we expect an awesome, well built home of our dreams as we relocate to Colorado. Everything to date was EXCELLENT!
