- ABAustin BartlesonJun 26, 20261.0Could not have had a worse experience with a home builder. We were originally told June move-in, so we relocated out of our old home. That June date pushed to September 1st. We viewed the home a week before no flooring done no backsplash no appliances barely just finished with Paint. But since we were locked into the home and DRB had a quota to hit, we were forced to close on Labor Day. We didn’t have a glass shower surround for weeks. We didn’t have backsplash for weeks. This home was 90% complete and we are forced to close. Numerous people at the company got fired because of the terrible product they made us purchase. We then had some great support by Tony Younkerman; until he was relocated to another development. We were promised items to be fixed and completed within our 90 day period of punchlist, but Marc pushed everything to their 210 Warranty company and that company felt as though these items were not warrantable. We have had a number of issues with the home only living here close to 2 years now the same roof leak has happened a number of times and soaked our interior bathroom. They tried to remedy the situation. The first time that was still within our Warranty period, But that same leak continued and I reached out for help and they told us too bad. The craftsmanship the customer support in the overall experience makes me want to advise anyone who’s considering buying a home from this company to steer clear.
