Cooper Heating & Cooling was founded in Arvada in 1978 by Gary Cooper. We are proud to be one of Colorado’s largest residential HVAC companies. Cooper Heating & Cooling was the first company in Colorado to begin the practice of sealing duct joints with Mastic, a putty-like paste. This prevents air leakage. The technique is now an industry standard. Sealing duct joints with Mastic has been incorporated into the building codes for many of the Metro-area building departments. Cooper Heating & Cooling introduced the first HEPA air filtration system in the Denver and Colorado Springs area almost 20 years ago.
