  First time buying a house and have no regrets buying it here. It was a great experience, Ramona, Jake and Elsa are amazing people. They are patient, respectful, and very professional. The quality of our house is great. We are very happy with our new home. It's a great neighborhood.

  While the homes in this community offer good initial curb appeal, the overall construction quality appears rushed and lacks long-term durability. Beyond the build quality, the Homeowners Association (HOA) management is exceptionally unreasonable and excessively punitive. Residents are frequently issued fines for minor or unavoidable issues. For example, the HOA issues fines for lawn discoloration despite current local watering restrictions being in place. Other overly restrictive policies include immediate fines for leaving trash cans out post-pickup, having packages on the porch, or parking vehicles on the street. Additionally, there is a lack of neighborly privacy and community courtesy, particularly regarding uncollected pet waste. Overall, the restrictive governance and poor construction make living here a frustrating experience. I strongly advise prospective buyers to look elsewhere. Also, I’ve been having to re post my review several times, and they keep deleting it.
