  We recently purchased a home in the Ridgeline Vista community by Risewell in Brighton, and our experience has been excellent from start to finish. First, we want to recognize John Esmeral, our sales representative. He was extremely attentive, patient, and understanding throughout the entire process. He always kept us informed, answered all of our questions, and never once felt pushy. What stood out the most was how communicative he was — even on his days off. A+ service and attention to our family. We also want to give a huge shoutout to Elsa Sanchez, our loan officer. She was amazing to work with, very communicative, and always helpful in answering my questions and returning phone calls in a timely manner. She made the financing process smooth and stress-free. Another thank you to Jake, the construction manager, who was very informative during our walkthrough and took the time to address any issues or concerns we had. Overall, the build quality is excellent, the customer service has been amazing, and we are highly satisfied with both the community and our investment. We highly recommend Ridgeline Vista to anyone!

  Ramona and her team were AMAZING to work with. They were patient, knowledgeable and so professional. My clients and I were so glad to have teamed up with them. They made the process of buying a brand new home for my clients pleasant and memorable. I can't wait to bring more clients to this community.

  Great community, neighborhood, easy access to highway. Minutes away from grocery stores, retail shopping centers, recreational center, Barr Lake State Park. Only 30 minutes from Downtown Denver and DIA. Great homes, great prices, great customer service, clean construction site. Most beautiful homes in Brighton.
