  Plumber is beyond good took care of difficult piping. Very positive attitude and got the work done in a timely manner.

  Excellent service and usually are able to schedule service quickly. Fairly expensive, but worth it to have a functioning furnace, etc. The guy who came today was wearing too much fragrance, maybe a body spray or incredibly strong laundry detergent, to which I was allergic. I had to air out my house afterwards.

  I first used Precision in 2017. From my first phone call I was impressed. The staff is obviously trained well. All have been professional, kind and courteous. This time they installed three inside mini split units all attached to one outside unit. We love it! Have never been so comfortable here. Thanks Joe Ramos, Tyler and Jose and staff!

  My technician was on time. He was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He waisted no time getting started and was extremely helpful by explaining everything he was going to do. After the job was done he went over what was wrong, how he fixed it and gave lots of recommendations to help my problem for the future.

  I had a really bad experience with one of your company drivers today. They were driving aggressively, tailgating me dangerously close and repeatedly trying to cut me off on the road. It felt completely unsafe and unprofessional, especially for a vehicle representing a business. This kind of behavior puts people at risk and reflects poorly on your company. I hope you take this seriously and address it with your driver.
