  I would give 5 stars here if it were based on the technicians alone, but we’ve come across some administrative mix-ups - which happen -so 4 it is. Long story short, our combi boiler was having problems, so we were without hot water for 11 days. When the technician Matt realized that he was sent with the wrong part, he drove an hour each way to get the correct piece, ensuring we wouldn’t have to go another day without said hot water. We’ve always had great technicians, but Matt was especially friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to right the situation.

  The installation of our AC was beautifully done by Jose and Nicholas. We can’t thank them enough for constant communication as the day progressed. Jose showed us exactly what he was doing and how long he expected it to take. Anthony Romeo was excellent on the front end when we made the decision to go with Precision HVAC. My only complaint with Precision is the terrible AI robot Hank who calls us. What could Precision possibly benefit by using this rather than a REAL person.

  Cons: The AI assistant the company uses is weird. I don't like the fake background noise that makes it seem like "he" is working in an office. It works well enough for intake, but when you're trying to return a call and can't get a human, it can feel like a waste of time. Pros: We called precision for a very weird vent issue, something that falls outside of the standard "menu" of fixes, and Gene was able to completely resolve the issue. We really appreciate the flexibility, consideration, and timeliness of the fix.

  Joe came out to look at our AC and why we weren't getting the expected results. He spent ample time with me diagnosing all of the parts of the equation. He explained all of the areas that were poor, middle of the road, and done well. From there he helped explain all of our options going forward and what that would look like and where it would improve our situation. It was great to hear the reasoning and context of our issues holistically. Thanks Joe!

  Our air conditioner didn’t work that great since it was new, but yesterday it failed. Called Precision and they said they could come the same day. Brad C came exactly when he said he would and called to give us a heads up. Brad wore booties, explained everything so I could understand. Brad Found problem immediately, showed me the burnt part. He also tweaked our unit so it was working at optimum capacity. He is an absolute genius. He was professional and also so kind and honest! The Best technician I have worked with and I am in the plumbing industry! Thank you Brad for saving our summer!!
