Patrick Elkins replaced all bathroom sink supply/drainage system and new faucet unit, in a 50 year old house bathroom! Lots of work, frustrations and sweat. Helped with appropriate faucet unit and picked it up (for us old folks) and stayed until total job done professionally and leaving a very happy customer!
Precision replaced our 2 furnaces and A/C within 3 days of them failing! Their teams were incredibly knowledgeable and professional. Needing to upgrade to the new Colorado standards was no small task as a retrofit and they showed that they really cared what the end product looked like and made it happen with the least disruption. Thanks Precision.

We had Precision install a mini split unit in our bedroom 3 yrs ago. It's under warranty. I noticed that the carpet was wet under the unit and called for service. Tech came out 2 days later, looked at unit, said the drain was working properly but we needed the blower filter cleaned and it would be $800. Declined, they left with the unit running. Upon checking on it later, asw water running down the wall. Called another company that came out within a few hours, diagnosed a clogged drain and fixed it for $340. Not the first time Precision has tried to upsell us on something that wasn't needed (last time it was for a water heater when they were here for the furnace). If our units were not under warranty I would never call this company again. Be aware of any recommendations they give you.
My air conditioning quit blowing cold air during our recent 100° days. I contacted Precision in the late afternoon, and they were able to send a technician the very next morning. David Newman (HVAC Service Technician) arrived with Romeo (tech in training). David asked me if it was alright that he mentored while he worked on the system. They were both very nice and engaging, and explained what they were doing as they diagnosed the problem. I am mechanical myself, and appreciated seeing their process, and just how thorough they were. They explained to me early on that some work would need to be done by an electrician. They gave me the choice of using their in house electrician, or one of my choosing. But that most likely the system would keep tripping the faulty “disconnect unit, box” until it was replaced by an electrician. Also, they wanted my breakers in my electrical panel evaluated by an electrician for proper amperage. I elected to use their electrician and Ethan arrived within two hours. Ethan also was very nice and engaging, and explained what he was doing along the way. Ethan replaced the disconnect unit, tested the rest of the system and found the existing breakers to be adequate and did not need replacing. I also appreciated, that they explained the work and parts necessary as they went, and had me ok the work and parts pricing as they progressed. The cost of the parts and work were a bit of a shock, but after checking with two other local companies, the pricing was right in line. Everything has become so darn expensive right now, I felt it was worth comparing. I was very pleased with how quick, thorough, and professionally Precision handled my repair.

Installed a new sump pump but did not test it fully after install if the water discharges. After couple of days I saw wet basement floor. Had the technician checked the pump after install, would have caught the leak right away. It may not be the fault of the technician if the leak existed already but I would expect it to be discovered right after the install. Also the price was not great and on the higher side.
