- JUJohn UrbanecSep 24, 20265.0These guys are great. Definitely recommend!
- SJSusan JohnsonSep 17, 20264.0Buddy was proficient and efficient. He worked quickly and knew exactly what he was doing. Explained some things to us he thought we should know. The price sheet listed three options for us to choose from, basic to best. What I’m sorry I didn’t ask was a breakdown of specially what the parts and labor fees were. All we saw was a total cost for each of the choices. We’ve not needed a plumber in a long time so aren’t up to date on what the expected hourly rate of a plumber is. From what I can guess we paid about $400 per hour! We agreed to the work because we needed it done and Buddy did a great job. On Monday morning Solid Plumbing answered the phone message I’d left on Saturday, and Buddy was promptly at our place to do the work by 11:00. That was amazing.
- TWThomas WolfeSep 15, 20265.0Jason did a wonderful job fixing a leaking condensate trap, installing an RO system and a water softener. Tested my water pressure and everything about my water. Also fixed the furnace door on my furnace. Super friendly and helpful. 11/10, would recommend and use them for anything in the future.
- TWTeresa WalterAug 28, 20261.0Icemaker Rogh-in Box with Water Emergency Shut off Valve replacement. The work that was performed was fast but was left incomplete. We needed a simple emergency shutoff valve replaced and the technician replaced it with a box much smaller that the original, cut a larger hole in the wall to remove the original box. Installed the new smaller box and left the hole stating that no one will see it behind the refrigerator. As a senior citizen I was charged $670.00 for less than one hours work! When I questioned the bill I was not given a response.
- LMLinda MartinAug 24, 20265.0I would highly recommend Solid Plumbing & Heating for your plumbing needs. Buddy helped me with my generator installation and servicing my water heater. He is extremely professional, knowledgeable, hard working and kind. I really appreciated him helping with keeping the cost down on my water heater job, which needed some re-plumbing work done. I cannot thank him enough! I will be calling them every year from now on.
