  I didn't know that my insurance could cover my full roof replacement, very happy Summit explained the process. Just wish they would do that with my car! Thank you Meghan for helping with my mortgage company facilitating the endorsements on the insurance checks, Very friendly to work with!

  Our son purchased a home in Commerce City, Colorado, in March 2025. The roof had been replaced about a year earlier after hail damage, and through his HOA we learned that Summit Solar & Roofing had installed it. I called Summit and spoke with Mae Hartz. Using only the home address, she quickly looked up the installation details, confirmed the shingles were hail-resistant, and immediately completed and emailed the required documentation we needed. Mae was knowledgeable, responsive, and incredibly helpful. Thanks to her prompt assistance, we were able to obtain a significant homeowners insurance discount. Outstanding customer service! We can’t thank Mae and Summit Solar & Roofing enough for their help.

  I had a very negative experience with this company and their representative after the recent hail storm in Denver. The individual came to my home and repeatedly rang the doorbell and knocked on my door approximately seven times while I was working from home. It was extremely disruptive and unnecessary. When I finally answered and asked him to leave, he refused. I informed him that he was trespassing and needed to leave my property, and he laughed at me. When I asked for his name, he responded by insulting me instead of acting professionally. The entire interaction was captured on my security cameras. If this is how they treat homeowners while trying to earn business, I would never trust them with work on my home. Respect for homeowners and private property should be the bare minimum. Their door-to-door approach felt aggressive and predatory, especially coming immediately after a hail storm when many homeowners are already dealing with enough and then not being respectful in the process. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend staying away and choosing a company that treats people with professionalism and respect.
