  Update on 4/29/2026 (moving from 1 to 3 stars) - I updated the review since ACL came back yesterday and finished the work that they were contracted to do. Overall, the quality of the concrete lifting and new concrete was good (which is why I am increasing the number of stars), but I still stand by my previous concerns below about their customer service issues, some of which were acknowledged by the owner when he reached out on Monday. _____________________________________________________ I had ACL lift a couple of areas of concrete, pour new concrete, and remove some posts in concrete. While the lifting and new concrete were completed, they still have not finished caulking or removing the clothesline posts over a week later. At the end of pouring the new concrete Sam and Paul assured me that everything would be completed that day, but after I paid Sam, they couldn't leave soon enough. I followed up with Nick multiple times about finishing the job that I paid for and was finally told they would be by to finish the job this week. They still haven't showed up over a week later. Don't make the same mistake I did and pay them based on their assurance that things will be complete before they leave. Based the communication issues I had with their office prior to the work getting started and their employees the days that they did the work, it should come as no surprise that they won't follow through.

  Needed sections of our driveway lifted and under the front porch filled. Sam provided a competitive bid to do both the lifting and filling as well as caulking all seams and cracks. The job took about 2 1/5 hours and now the driveway sections are level and everything is sealed up. I am very satisfied with the quality of work they did.

  I called ACL for a foundation erosion problem. It was a 15x20 cement slab with a void under the north side of it. They kept in touch, were very knowledgeable and completed the work quickly. They even charged less then they quoted as the quote was based on pictures I took. They came across very honest. They were great to work with. We would definitely use them again and highly recommend them.
