I met Ronnie in the alley after he was finishing up my neighbor’s house (whole neighborhood had hail damage). He was closely inspecting the alley - “if I find one nail they are coming back!”. The attention to detail sparked my interest. He grabbed a ladder and shortly I had an assessment in my email. Doesn’t end there - Tara was amazing to work with. Lead me through the insurance process, worked directly with the adjuster, fought for the right repairs, etc. etc. Billing was easy - Nancy and Demetria both walked me through questions and made transactions a breeze. The crew came and knocked everything out in one day. They too were super friendly and did great work. Very happy with the attention to detail, proactive communication and ultimate outcome.
