  I have had a very positive experience working with Kevin Sorenson, a sales representative at Oakwood homes, as I purchase a new home. This will be my third home built by Oakwood which indicates that I am very satisfied with the quality of work done by Oakwood. Kevin's expertise related to home purchases along with his pleasant demeanor has been an asset. He's kept me informed which has allowed me to be prepared for every phase of the home buying process.   My husband & I visited Oakwood Homes last Fall. Kevin showed us all around the community & answered all of our questions. We were exploring for a possible future purchase of a home. Since that time, Kevin has been available for further questioning & discussion. He has been most helpful. We are now living in The Reserve at Green Valley Ranch by Oakwood Homes. With Kevin's guidance we were able to find the home that was perfect for us. We appreciated all of his care throughout the process.

  The diverse 55+ community at The Reserve is very welcoming to all. We celebrated the end of Summer with an all-resident street party, complete with brats and burgers, sides, smores, music, and dancing until twilight.

  Loving my new home in the Reserve at Green Valley Ranch, built by Oakwood Homes! Ritchie Kotschau and Kellie Plessinger were amazing through the buying and building process, and have continued to be available to answer any questions I have had. After 3 months of living here, I have had virtually no issues, and the couple of small issues that have appeared were handled swiftly by Ryan and Shazam. I absolutely love the interior design of my home, especially the kitchen backsplash - I have received so many compliments on all aspects of the design! The open layout and large windows make my home feel much larger than it is. The community here is amazing, and we regularly receive helpful information regarding the irrigation system, activities, etc. I am delighted with my decision to buy a home in this community and am looking forward to all that is offered here.
