  Ed, Noah and Mike are amazing! They quickly, safely and efficiently took care of the water damage to my kitchen, while also keeping me in the loop as to what was going on, and doing a great job of cleaning up before they left - thanks everyone!

  Having a flood in your home is stressful, overwhelming, and honestly just something no homeowner ever wants to deal with. From the very beginning, Regal Restoration made an incredibly difficult situation so much easier. Every single person we worked with throughout the water mitigation and home restoration process was responsive, professional, compassionate, and truly cared about helping us get our home back together. Their communication was excellent from start to finish, and they consistently went above and beyond. Chris handled the initial water mitigation, Shawn managed the restoration process, Michael did a lot of the hands-on restoration work, and both Rob and Kristie were amazing throughout the insurance and billing side of things. This team truly knows what they are doing when it comes to water damage restoration, insurance claims, and customer service. Not only did Regal Restoration help navigate a very frustrating insurance situation, but they also worked directly with the insurance companies and helped us recover far more than what was originally being offered. They even dealt professionally and patiently with the neighboring homeowner and denied claim issues, while guiding me step-by-step through filing with my own insurance company. If you are looking for a trustworthy restoration company for flood damage, water mitigation, mold prevention, or home restoration repairs, I cannot recommend Regal Restoration enough. Their expertise, integrity, responsiveness, and compassion set them apart. As a real estate broker, I would confidently refer Regal Restoration to my family, friends, clients, and anyone needing emergency restoration services. 5 stars all the way.   I cant began to say This Company is #1 omg!!! Cade ,Michael Rob i cant say enough thank yous in the world all of you as a team were amazing in the situation i was in and i will never forget this experience very professional and your communication was excellent very heart felt company i have ever seen you were on schedule communicated so well when things came up worked up a plan for my needs and got the job done i am closing on my home tomorrow thanks to all of you well done God bless all of you

  We had a water damage situation at our home and the team at Regal Restoration was outstanding from start to finish. Rob, Kristie, and the entire crew were incredibly professional, responsive, and easy to work with throughout the whole process. What really stood out was how much care they took with our home. They were thorough with the cleanup, communicated clearly every step of the way, and made a stressful situation much easier to handle. I highly recommend Regal Restoration. Great people, great service, and a team you can trust in your home.
