  Wow. Couldn’t have asked for anything more. Josh is extremely knowledgeable and provided me with all the comfort necessary to not stress over the process. Nice and easy. Would definitely recommend Jam Roofing all the way!!

  My husband summed it up perfectly when he said "These are the kind of people I like to do business with". Josh and his team are real pros. Everything went quickly and smoothly. They did great work and were excellent communicators. We interviewed 4 other companies and hands down JAM Roofing was the best. They really understand the business and issues. We got a high quality roof at a fair price.

  We engaged with Josh at JAM Roofing to address warranty issues for our roof that they did not install. They went above and beyond to estimate, take photos and collaborate with the roofing company to resolve the issue and repair the majority of our roof. They worked directly with the vendor to provide the materials and reimburse them for their labor. I was extremely satisfied with their service and follow up to make sure we were happy. I would highly recommend them.

  I had JAM Roofing come out to take care of a few small repairs on my roof, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. They were responsive, professional, and showed up when they said they would. The crew quickly identified the issues, completed the repairs with great attention to detail, and left everything clean when they were finished.

  Solid, experienced honest! Jason looked at my roof while at my neighbors. (He had installed their roof years ago, they made the mistake of using another roofer for repairs and had rehired him to do things correctly!) He candidly assessed things as fine with a suggestion followed by a prompt written bid for a new gutter. Days later, a major storm struck and I had some water drip. Jason came out promptly and showed my handyman how the unusual winds blew some water in an unprotected vent area and made suggestions for my handyman to repair! He did so quickly and without expectation of payment. In talking with him, it is obvious that he is an "old school" smart "cut-no-corners, do it right the first time" roofer with vast experience and whose company is managed tightly by him. I understand his fees are reasonable, but most importantly with Jason and JAM, you can rest assured, your job will be done correctly and his assessment and charges will be authentic and a reasonable value. HIGHLY recommend.
