  Heart again has taken care of our situation with the installation of a Ring camera with floodlights. Seneca was able to determine the best approach and installed the light/camera in a very professional manner. The trust and comfort we feel with Heart continues to grow. Thanks Seneca great job.

  I woke up to find a substantial leak from a pipe in my basement. Trusting Dave Logan’s recommendation, I contacted Heart Plumbing and Heating and they were able to send a plumber out right away. Davion was very professional and was able to give me an estimate within five minutes. The repair was done quickly and Davion was great in showing me his new tools that are used in connecting copper, without sweating them. My leak was repaired quickly and efficiently.

  I found this company in a Five Star book of vendors for heating/ac electric and plumbing. I’ve used both heating/ac and electric. I would not hesitate to call them for any plumbing issues. They are fair priced have a great attitude and are very helpful. I highly recommend them.

He zeroed in on the root cause, explained it clearly, then went to get the right part, came back, and fixed it the same day. His professionalism, deep knowledge, meticulous attention to detail, and can-do attitude were exceptional. This past winter, Ryan also inspected and repaired our snowmelt system with the precision of a surgeon. He is incredibly thorough and takes real pride in getting things right. We use HEART for everything in our house—heating, cooling, plumbing, and even electrical—because they stand behind their work. They are responsive, reliable, and that consistency makes taking care of our home more stress-free. Ryan is a wonderful example of why we trust HEART Services.
