  Trevor did an exception job identifying the source of the leak and provided information to mitigate the damage that resulted from the leak. He was on time and was able to immediately repair the leak and provide other options so it does not become become a reoccurring issue in our older home. Very professional. I always appreciate great service. I didn't notice until he had left but he actually left a new and shiny drain stopper for the sink. Little touches that matter.

  We called Done on a Sunday morning, as we heard gurgling in the plumbing in our basement. We thought the main line was clogged. Matthew came out and checked everything out. He determined that the line was OK. We had been on vacation, and as no water had been run for a week, the pipes were making noises. He checked the cleanout, and it was running just fine. No more gurgling now that we've run water through the lines. Didn't charge us, as he said he didn't do anything. We appreciated him coming out so quickly on a weekend, and we now have peace of mind. If we do need plumbing work done in the future, we know who to call!

  We had a great experience with APower, before Done took them over. Jeff H was our go-to electrician. He's great at what he does. We remodeled our house and paid APower/Done around $14K. We used them for some AC work when our system shut down. That was good. Then, last year, we called them to fix a leaking toilet. I asked them to look at both toilets, identical, just as a precaution. They diagnosed it as a faulty wax seal, replaced the wax under both toilets, it took about half an hour, and it cost $970.29. It came with a 6-month warranty. The problem continued. They returned twice and "fixed it" again, but the problem persisted. In the end, I took the toilet off and properly diagnosed the problem, finally fixing it myself. I called recently for some electrical work. Our car charger is not up-to-code and needs to be fixed. I was put on the schedule for one week later. I was called the morning of and told they were too busy and the earliest they could reschedule is another two weeks out. Sorry guys. The plumbing issue lost my confidence in you. We're looking elsewhere now. We'll miss Jeff H as an electrician though.

  February, I needed a clogged pipe replaced from the kitchen sink to the main pipe under the basement. On their first attempt they did a unlevel horrible concrete patch after the pipe replacement. They tried again and now a level horrible concrete patch. The concrete is higher than the floor. A couple of weeks of being ignored went by. I had to go to the Done office and complain. I got a new crew that knew something about concrete but not in a basement. They cut the out the bad concrete patch without placing plastic covering to control the concrete dust. concrete job was good but not great. They finished up April. So here I am several months later (September) still vacuuming and wiping off concrete dust in the basement. Done plumbing is not the company it was as I have used them through the years. They may still be ok for the simple jobs. I think the pros have left the building. Stay away..

  Get ready for a long story. In summary. They are too corporate now and don’t care about retaining their customers. Previously a very loyal done customer. Used them for everything. Massive electrical and plumbing projects retrofitting a 70 year old home. They must have gotten too big now as they have no idea who is calling (even though we have worked together doses of times). Its clear the left hand has no idea what the right hand is doing. The dispatcher told me an electrician was available and then the work team (who called later to schedule the already scheduled appt) stated they didn’t have availability for over two weeks. Not only that but I had a simultaneous visit with the plumber (who was a drain specialist, would not be doing the project. He let me know that they would have a quote to me by end of day. I was subsequently called from dispatch trying to schedule another plumber visit (who was also coming for a quote bc the “drain specialist wasnt enough”you can imagine my confusion. They even acted like they were doing me a favor to get the quote that day (even though it was already committed ) The dispatcher, Danielle, was rude and completely unhelpful. And when i threatened to go elsewhere she simply stated “ok i will place you on the do not call list” i then asked to speak to her manager (who wasnt available at this time). The manager did call me later and was very smooth with her words and promises. The plumbing quote ended up being double the price of two other local companies. When I expressed frustration she told me she would discuss with the other managers and get back to me with a reduced quote (because of my inconvenience with the electrician) Never received a call back. The next fun thing is that one of my favorite electricians has left the company (I wonder why) and then the electrIcian(who i actually also worked with previously, and liked) who ultimately did come out to my house for the project did not have the proper tools to finish the job that day. No worries it happens. When i called to schedule another appointment for them to finish the project they started, it turns out THAT electrician also left the company. The cherry on top was that the other plumber (with a different company) USED to work at done and also left because it sucked. Overall, used to be a good company that relied on loyal customers. Now is corporate and way too expensive. Would absolutely not work with them again. Honestly its sad to watch companies go down the drain like this (pun intended)
