He showed up later in the day and after letting us know what our options were with regard to replacing our 12 year-old water heater he set about very efficiently installing it. He’s bright and articulate and reliable. Then he snaked out the drains in one of our bathrooms that’s been giving us fits for years. Really just the best experience you can have under not so favorable circumstances. Highly recommended!

It was on a Sunday late afternoon and nearly all of the HVAC companies had no openings until Tuesday. Its Done was able to pull some strings and send out a technician - Mark Mcnally. Mark was incredible, diagnosed the problem and got me up and running within an hour. Thank you Its Done - you're my new go to company for HVAC!
- YYYetiAug 7, 20262.0Called in for HVAC repair because my AC was not blowing cold air. It was stopping in few minutes after turning it on but when the guy came (nice and polite btw), he said everything is working fine and charged the diagnosis fee. After he left, AC is stops working again. Felt like I wasted my money and time for nothing.

They were very good about accomodating my time constraints and letting me know when to expect the technician to show up. The young man, Zachary, was on time and extremely efficient and knowledgeable. He was friendly and respectful and very good at what he does - a very talented and easy to talk to, he explained everything really well and got me signed up for the maintainence program, giving me all the options available. Done! is very fortunate to have someone like Zachary on their team!

The worker was very good at his job, friendly, and well prepaired for the task. The price seemed fair for the work done, although more than I expected to pay. My A/C now works better than it has in the past and with the temps near 100 it's great to have it working again.
