He opened up a clogged area, tried to sell me an expensive organic waste digester (which I found online at half the price) and left. Today I called Done! Etienne and Matt were dispatched to our house. The entire visit was super professional. They used a snake machine and cleaned the line from the sink all the way to the main drain inside the house. They hand cleaned the pvc pipes they detached from the garbage disposal and dishwasher. When the line was clear and they were done they cleaned under the sink with a cleaning product that left the area cleaner than when they arrived. I was very impressed and extremely satisfied with their work. Thanks!
