    As a first time customer, I was able to have Done Plumbing come to my home for A/C repair on the same day. Mateo was very prompt, thorough and informative. He took his time and made sure I understood what had been causing my A/C not to run properly. I will be calling Done in the future if I ever have issues with my plumbing, heating or cooling again.     I scheduled a plumbing appointment for Thursday with an arrival window of approximately 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM. I came home early from work and waited all afternoon and evening, but no one showed up. After I called, the appointment was rescheduled for Saturday. On Saturday, I was given a 10:00 AM to 10:30 AM arrival window. Once again, no one showed up and no one called. At around 1:30 PM, I contacted the company and was told the technician was on another job. I was told I would receive a call back, but that never happened. Missing one appointment is frustrating. Missing two appointments and failing to communicate is unacceptable. My time is valuable too, and I wasted two days waiting for a service that never arrived. I cannot recommend a company that shows so little respect for its customers' time.

    We had our old HVAC system break down on us, never a fun experience especially when the days are in the 90’s and we don’t have AC. Done was a great partner in explaining our options and getting us a new system. Our system installers, Yas and Gabe were fantastic, they worked extremely hard to get the work done in one day (14 hours of work) so we could sleep in a cool house. I was so impressed with their dedication, knowledge and respect for our house.

    My experience setting up the appointment, with plumber and with the office staff was excellent. They responded quickly in servicing our need. I did have a problem with the original pricing that I was charged, and I previously posted a complaint about the cost. However, I received a call today and "Done! Plumbing" apologized to me about the price that was quoted me because their plumber had not taken into account that I had already provided to him most of the replacement parts. I am satisfied with the refund offer that they promised to give me in order to satisfy my complaint. I appreciate a company that listens to the complaints of their customers and who is willing to make amends when it is the appropriate thing to do.

    Scheduled an appointment for an AC check/tuneup like many do now. The morning of the appointment received a text that they had too many emergency calls, so we had to reschedule. It's not unusual that companies do this, but customers don't like it. So we had rescheduled for the next day, a morning appointment. By 12 pm, the tech hadn't shown up, we still hadn't heard anything about when they expected to show up. I texted back requesting some kind of update, but didn't get one for about 2 hours. The tech said they would be here in about a half hour, but it was closer to an hour. Had no problem with the service, but if you don't let the customers know what's going on, then that is not good customer service. Everyone texts all the time. He should have taken a moment to update us much sooner.
