- ALArran LindseyOct 4, 20231.0Dangerous and reckless driver. This review is left to ensure the company cannot ignore the information I also sent to them regarding a driver that nearly caused an accident with my family. With the cabin directly next to us and a lengthy trailer behind him, he refused to slow down and merge behind us, instead opting to run us out of the driving lane and into a lane for oncoming traffic, completely disregarding the proximity he put between his truck and our vehicle. I have 3 young children (6 and younger) in the car and had we not swerved (again, INTO ONCOMING TRAFFIC LANES) he would have hit our vehicle and severely injured and/or killed my family. Absolutely unacceptable and I hope the company addresses this serious issue with the driver before he succeeds in causing potentially fatal harm to another family.

- DSDouglas SchelwatJul 13, 20171.0Recently purchased 14 MDF doors. These doors were more expensive than similar doors at HD, but after Terry in sales explained that they were a higher quality door, I went ahead and placed the order. After a timely delivery, I noticed that the heads were cracked on every single door! Ernie from Alpine came out to my home the same day I brought this to their attention. He explained that this was most likely the result of rough transportation in their delivery truck. He filled the split MDF and sprayed over with Killz. Aesthetically the doors looked fine after he covered the cracks. However, structurally - I had cracked joints at the top of every door. I needed an additional door that i picked up with my own vehicle a week later. This door was not cracked, but while I was standing on their loading dock I noticed other MDF doors with the same cracked heads. There is definitely a production issue that they are aware of but not being honest about. Too bad because their service was great orherwise.
