  Nick was prompt and knowledgeable and was able to quickly figure out the problem and resolve it. And I like how the company contacted me in advance and afterward to make sure everything was as expected.

  Nick was very friendly and helpful. I’ve been looking for a good HVAC maintenance option for awhile. I just want someone competent, knowledgeable, and not trying to sell me a bunch of stuff I don’t need. Vectra hit on all these points. I will be using them again.

  Nick did a great job diagnosing the problem with my mini-split system. He got it back to optimal performance and in under the quoted time. Very pleased with his work and friendliness.

  I was highly impressed with the entire process of scheduling the technician, being informed of his arrival and Nick, our tech did a wonderful job. He was a few minutes early and they called me to see if that worked for us, he was attentive to what our swamp cooler problem was and was kind to explain it to us. I would highly recommend them and might even use them in the near future as now we know how wonderful the entire team is to work with in booking .   Nick came out to my son in law’s house to check the air conditioning system. He was very polite, friendly, clean and knowledgeable. He checked the whole system and found it in good shape except for a fan capacitor (?). He emailed my SIL the quote and came back the next week to install it. While he was at the house, he engaged with my 3 year old grandson who was very interested in what Nick was doing. I have an appointment with Vectra for next week to have our air conditioning system serviced. Thank you, Betsy Baker
