  We had a great experience with Simply Floors. They were well priced, prompt, courteous, and the customer service was great. They provided us with several finish options which we were able to see before committing, which was really nice. All in all it was a very good experience!

  In early spring we decided to refinish the hardwood (not LVP) floors currently in place, change (from carpet) 3 additional rooms to matching hardwood & recarpet the remaining rooms of our 3800 sq. ft. home. Quite a daunting undertaking for a retired couple in their mid to late 70's! We worked with Kylie & Kevin from Simply Floors & we can't say enough good things about the final result of their work or about how well they worked with us throughout the entire process. We highly recommend them - and their subcontractors - for their professional, yet friendly demeanor, their punctuality in getting things done & their patience & desire to do things right the first time. They kept us informed of their progress when we checked in each day (we moved out of the house during the hardwood install). If Kevin wasn't on site, the subcontractors were very knowledgeable, polite & happy to communicate with us & answer what questions we had. They were incredibly hard working & eager to stay on schedule, but would always put us first! The finished hardwood floors are amazing as can be seen in the photos! There is no way to tell where the old floor ended & the newly laid floor begins. We chose a clear matte finish which really shows off the light brown shades of the white oak. It gives the whole house a clean fresh look! Our new carpet looks wonderful, too & adds that fresh clean feel to the rest of the house. All the good words above are applicable to the carpet installation as well as the hardwood. It's rare to find extremely great customer service in today's world, but Kylie & Kevin at Simply Floors delivered exactly that to us. We couldn't be happier with how the process went & with the quality of the finished product!

  Had them do our floors recently. Had a great experience with sales team but had several issues with the installation. Team that was in charge of follow up was very poor at communication, sent an email that they would "get back to us", never did, closed out our account and took our money despite our attempts to get in contact with them. They took apart a banister on a stairwell and did not re-install it (it is barely hanging on). They also stated they would "make [the stair banister] look nice" (they put an upside down baseboard under the posts). Many other issues. Wish I could recommend but mediocre work at installation for exorbitant price (they cost us about $15-16 per sq foot for simple laminate). Additionally they pounded so hard on the floor they shattered one of our basement ceiling lights (they did not replace) and cracked some of the ceiling drywall.

  We recently had Simply Floors & Painting, Inc. complete a screen and coat on our hickory floors, and the results were outstanding. The floors look refreshed, clean, and have a beautiful finish that brought them back to life without the need for a full refinish. A special thank you to Kevin C. for his professionalism, communication, and attention to detail throughout the project. He took the time to explain the process, answered all of our questions, and made sure everything was completed to a high standard. The crew was punctual, courteous, and respectful of our home, and the project was completed on schedule. We are extremely pleased with the quality of work and would highly recommend Simply Floors & Painting, Inc. to anyone looking to restore and maintain their hardwood floors.
