  We had the best experience with Simply Floors! Kristin helped us pick out beautiful flooring for our entire main level and upstairs landing as well as gorgeous carpet for the stairs. The installers were great, and they came back to fix some minor details almost immediately. We will definitely use them again for our bedrooms and basement and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to others. Completely professional, and we love our floors!

  I've used Simply Floors over the last few years to replace all the carpet in my house with LVP. They have been extremely easy to work with with tons of flooring options. Just had the last room in my house done. I worked with Kristin Mayo and she was great. The work started on time and was completed ahead of schedule.

  I did exterior painting with Simply Floors and Painting and would say it started great, then went downhill and then was recovered with a new Sales manager who helped finish the project. The original head of painting who sold me on the company left before my painting project started. I enjoyed talking with him on colors and overall plans. When he left I went to a new color coordinator and didn't quite align as much but I went with her recommendations as the expert. I had some communication issues as I got it scheduled with not getting firm dates and no documentation on what to do prior to the crew arrival. The crew was strong and did a good job but I knew right away that I hated the colors. I had a hard time communicating that to the crew day of so I ended up repainting multiple places myself on the house to try and fix it but in the end, had to get new colors and the same crew to come out and repaint. Again the crew did a good job but I was out a lot of money for the repaint. Jason, as the new Paint manager, was extremely helpful and really worked with me on the repaint to get me happier with the overall look and I think he will do well with helping this new part of the company move forward and be successful. I highly recommend spending more time with using AI renderings to see what the house will look like with the paint colors you choose. I wish I had done that first to avoid the cost of a repaint. I wasn't able to afford a full repaint so I still have parts of the house that I would change if I could but they are not visible to the street/neighbors so I am leaving it as is.

  Simply Floors did a great job installing the carpet in my basement. They were efficient and the carpet looks and feels good. There was a minor miscommunication about some of the carpet on the stairs, but they were quick to come back out and take care of it.
