  Great service…Kristin was very knowledgeable of their products and very helpful with suggesting the carpet for our staircase. Very quick turnaround time on getting ordered and installed. And great pricing!

  After a couple of quotes and estimates we went with sand, finish, and install with Kevin at simply floors. Kevin took the time to talk to us and answer our questions. We felt comfortable as he detailed everything and kept us in the loop as we were out of town during the process. We are pleased with the results as he helped us with a couple of issues we had with some water damage as well. The experience was great and we will use them again in future for carpet because of this. Thanks again guys. Great job.

  My wife and I had been shopping for carpet. We started at the big box store and quickly decided to skip them. Then we went to Simply Floors on Ward Rd. When we went in the door several things happened. I was very impressed with the size of the showroom, and the way we were greeted. The saleslady who greeted us, Rayna, was very friendly, and casually asked us what we were looking for. We started telling her what we liked and what we didn't like. Rayna directed us to several displays. She showed us each sample and waited for our response - what we liked and what we didn't like. She continued showing us carpet samples and narrowing down our preferences. Finally, after we had made several possible choices she made an appointment to bring the sample pieces of carpet to our house for us to see them in the rooms that they might be installed in. Rayna did a great job! We eventually decided on two different carpet styles for two rooms and a staircase. Rayna very carefully measured each area, and told us that she would email us the price for the carpet. Then she told us the best parts. The price would include padding, carpet, installation, and best of all furniture moving! We agreed on the price and set a date for installation. Now comes another great part of the story - the two carpet installers. Those guys were pros in every aspect. Not only pros, but very courteous. Before the installers left, they wanted me to check their work to be sure that I was satisfied! The question is would I buy from Simply Floors again? You bet! They are the best!

  A great experience with Simply Floors! From our initial visit to the showroom in Centennial to the installation of carpeting throughout our home, the folks at Simply Floors have been great to us. The gentlemen that installed our carpeting were very professional, going right to work and perfectly installing our new carpeting in minimal time. We are excited to work with Simply Floors in the fall to install carpeting throughout the rest of our home. We highly recommend Simply Floors!

  Truly a great experience from start to finish with Simply Floors. I was managing my hardwood floor sand and refinish project from out of state on a tight timeline, so finding a team I could trust was critical and Kevin Cumiskey absolutely delivered. His communication was exceptional. He kept me consistently updated, sent progress photos, and made the entire process feel seamless despite the distance. Kevin was also incredibly accommodating with my schedule and offered great guidance on color choices, which made a big difference in the final result. The quote was very fair, the process was smooth, and there were zero surprises along the way, something I really value whether managing from home or afar. Most importantly, the floors look amazing.
