Vincent was a super technician and diagnosed the sewer blockage after a camera scope and then proceeded to Jet my line at my outside cleanouts. Very considerate of my property and was efficient and kind! Thank you Elite for the excellant customer service by Melissa too! Oh, I was referred by Rich C and thrillef to know this company for my future needs! Thank you guys!

****Update: After posting this review, the company apparently responded by spinning the “Wheel of Customer Service” and landed on “add another $500.” Impressive strategy. I also still never got to speak with an actual qualified professional about the repair, just a very rude “manager” whose main skill seemed to be avoiding answers while charging more money.
*****Update 2: Went over to the property and found my toilet now blown out after they did said "additional work" and didn't even bother to hose down the mess they left outside
Had the company out to inspect a clogged drain. I was not on site, but after the original methods weren’t working, they wanted to try something else. I authorized the additional work and specifically requested updates. Instead, I had to repeatedly call the company myself, and the only feedback I received from the secretary was to “read the invoice.”
The invoice summed up stated: “noticed there was mud coming out of clean out. Tried to scope and locate but camera kept getting stuck. Believe going to have to dig at cleanout on west side of building and trace cast pipe to repair.”
For four hours of work and a company that specifically deals with this situation; I'd expect better than the lack of communication, poor customer service, and minimal explanation.
