  I’ve used Coffman for 5 years now and called to ask if someone could come by and check a thump I was hearing. Corban Stewart came over, same day, checked everything, explained sound and settings and brought me up to speed on maintenance. Truly appreciated his time..great employee!!

  We have had such great experiences with Coffman. We’ve used them for over 10 years for a variety of electrical needs. Recently they replaced our 28-year-old furnace and air conditioner. The furnace died during an upcoming cold spell. Coffman not only rearranged our appointment so we could have the new furnace installed sooner, they also made a special trip to drop off space heaters for the few days we waited! Because the air conditioner was as old, we asked for it to be replaced too and received a very nice discount that saved us thousands of dollars for doing both installs together. The Coffman crew showed up on time on appointment day and worked efficiently throughout the morning & afternoon. When they finished, the foreman spent an hour with us to show us the work they did, the new appliance features, and how to maintain them for optimal longevity. He even showed us where to drain sediment from our electric water heater to prolong its lifespan and that appliance wasn't even part of their install! He was patient and thorough about answering our questions and encouraged us to call the Coffman office to get the county inspections scheduled on our behalf, which we did. Once again, they exceeded expectations. Their team – both office crew and onsite technicians – are highly responsive and clear communicators. We greatly recommend them to anyone who values true professionalism and quality work.

  The entire experience was a pleasure. When Bob initially came to our home and explained everything until the last installer left the customer service was exceptional. I had a furnace installed by a different company a couple of years ago and I was looking for them to install my second furnace and two heat pumps but their estimate was crazy so I'm Done with them. Every touch point related to Coffman was a positive one and I highly recommend them for a positive and professional experience.

  From sales to install of my new unit I was very satisfied. The salesman explained in detail what my charges were and where the rebates would be paid. He also explained other more economical units but with no pressure the decision was left for me to decide. The people at their office were also communicative amd followed up as time got near to day of install. Lastly the team that installed my unit were very professional and knowledgeable in their work. They kept all areas as clean as possibly expected even though they did not need too. I would highly recommend anyone wanting to install a heat pump/ cooling system to consider Coffman & Company.

  Coffman & Company did an excellent job installing our new furnace and air conditioner. The team was diligent, efficient, respectful and very polite throughout the entire process. They also left everything spotless and put back in its place when the work was completed. We truly appreciated their professionalism and would highly recommend them.
