  I had Ryan come out to a rual property I am looking to buy in Palermo that had a well that needed it to be inspected. He found that the property didn't just have 1 well, but 2 of them. That made the inspection a little more expensive but worth the money in my opinion. He was very helpful and insightful on explaining the ins and outs of the well system and how it operates. I have never lived on a property that had a well system so him taking the time to explain to me how everything works was worth it's weight in gold. Thank you Ryan, I appreciate your patience and knowledge.

  I had an excellent experience with Stefan M. for my plumbing needs. He was professional, thorough, and took the time to explain everything clearly, which I really appreciated.   They sent a super nice guy to give me an estimate on several things He went beyond what anyone else would have done to help give me several Options And all were very good ones I cannot say enough about how nice and helpful he was I definitely will have Ben do my repairs

  Jonathan was great: He's knowledgeable, professional, methodical and careful in his problem solving all with a friendly attitude and can-do approach. We have an older home with a cleanout under a stairwell and a history of biannual sewer drainage challenges that my Dad always had to struggle with when he was alive. Dad appreciated Jonathan's help replacing a toilet a few years ago and clearing the sewer then and this time, since Dad passed, it's our turn to rely on Jonathan's help to get the old house notorious sewer drainage issues resolved effectively. Since the house and sewer pipe (Orangeburg most likely) is 75+ years old, we opted to do the video camera footage in addition the three sewer blockage clearing so that we could better grasp the actual condition of the downpipe at the vertical clean out and the 100 ft main sewer line running to the county cleanout/tie-in at the rear of the property. From that footage we now have a *clear* sense of the overall condition of that long pipe run and the specific likely "debris hangup" points along that 100 ft run. Overall, our sewer line is mostly a clear shot with only moderate damage from any ground deformations and tree roots. No major overall pipe destruction and no apparent pipe segment assignment issues. Also, I was able to verify the various distances along this run where the hangup points are and how likely (sharp or round pipe deformation from ground movement/roots) they are to catch sewer debris and cause drainage issues in the future.... So that video footage is the crucial piece to the puzzle in not just clearing a drainage issue but understanding what service life we can expect moving forward. An external sewer pipes are underneath extensive backyard "courtyard" cement so none of this pipe is easily accessed without breaking up concrete surfaces and conclude that is still not needed! We are happy to say that the sewer is draining great again and Jonathan's persistence and troubleshooting paid off! We'll definitely be calling him the next time we need ANY plumbing help on this older home and the newer one we have in Roseville.

  Earl’s Plumbing is awesome. They set up an appointment and were right on time. I’ve used them for several years and the staff is awesome. This time Ozzy came out. He called ahead, and was punctual, friendly, knowledgeable and does great work. Ozzy was called to service and descale my tankless hot water heater and fix a leaking valve in bathroom. Additionally while there I asked Ozzy about installing a reverse osmosis filter system; Ozzy had no problem adding it to my work schedule. Upon checking it out he found a mess art part was missing and could not complete that work; but he gladly reviewed everything and wrote out the information for missing part, which should have come with the system. That way we could go back to company. I was very pleased with his work, his attitude and willingness's to help. Once we get part we will definitely call him.
