  I had a shower that wasn't draining properly. Oscar from Earl's came out and the snake would not work properly so he looked under the house where the pipes were and noticed it was not built properly to code. He had to crawl quite a ways under the house. Cut out some pipe and replace it to code. Turns out that the people who did the remodel had a towel in the shower pipe so that fumes would not come up from the toilet and they forgot to remove the towel when they put the rest of it together. Oscar was very professional and did a great job. No more flooding in my mom's zero transition shower.

  Craig the technician that stopped by and informed me of the problems I have with my well system was extremely helpful. I believed that I did have a problem the electrical switch and a possible problem with the bladder inside the tank. Craig did confirm my suspicion and informed and provided a quote. I had Craig replace the electrical switch. Craig was extremely helpful and did excellent work.

  The reason why I gave Earl's plumbing the performance five stars. The two personal did a great job of replacing water faucet to the kitchen sink and parts. The big plus was also replacing the faucet on the outside of the house that was leaking. Also flushing the water heater tank. Also let me know it was a little bit filled up inside. I was amazed how fast they got the job completed. I Am so satisfied with all the work they done.

  Stefan M. Did a wonderful job dealing with replacement of very old and corroded leaking water pipes for my well. And seeing to it the restroom sink leaking water faucet was replaced too. I believe Stefan did his very best at keeping the costs of repairs to a minimum and was very efficient with his time while patiently answering and explaining any questions I may have had . Stefan M. Knowledge and experience in the plumbing business was such a big help to me and my family. I would highly recommend Earl's Performance plumbing and service repairman Stefan M. To anyone needing plumbing work. Done. Thankyou

  I’m extremely disappointed with the service I received. I paid nearly $400 for a technician to run a snake through the cleanout, only to be told afterward that he did not have the correct snake for the job. He then said he wanted to access the septic tank, but he did not have the proper tools to open the lid because he had “lost the part/tools.” Once we had the septic tank lid opened, he then said using the snake there could damage the pipes. In the end, the problem was not resolved, and I paid almost $400 for no actual repair or solution. I expected the technician to arrive with the correct equipment and the ability to complete the job before charging such a significant amount. UPDATE: *Received the google response from earl's plumbing pretty quickly but have not received any other calls or communication in 3 days. Additionally, have not received a formal invoice either!*
