  Had a flood on the 4th of July ale they were able to come out the next day to stop the pipe!

  We've been dealing with Hall's for years. They're not cheap, but the work is done right the first time, and their technicians show up on time, ready to work, and they know what they're doing.

  Last night I came home to water leaking under my kitchen sink and my kitchen soaked in water. It was past 9PM and definitely could not wait until morning. I called and someone answered quickly and was so nice. With-in the hour Ian was at my house and got straight to work. He was so efficient, professional, and friendly and all was fixed in a snap. He double checked the work to make sure everything was in order before he left and I was in bed by 11PM. Fantastic service all the way around.

  We are elderly, and only have the one toilet, and it had backed up, so we needed someone to come out that evening. I called a couple other companies, and one of them, the guy was out of town, and the other one, never called me back. So, I called Hall's after reading a few reviews. Everyone I spoke with was courteous and helpful. Ian was the tech that came to our house, all the way from Woodland to Citrus Heights! He asked a few questions, got right to work, and had our toilet unclogged and flushing normally in no time. He was very friendly, courteous, and respectful. If I ever need a plumber in the future, I will definitely call Hall's!

  I had another company do a leak detection. They said leak was in a storage closet outside next to water heater. Received bid from the leak detection company and a contractor. Contractor dug concrete up and said leak is about 3 feet over possibly under water heater and contractor said he is leaving out of town and cannot do the job afterall. Called leak detection company to come back out to do another leak detection and rebid as their contract says if leak is not where they marked it and if 3 feet or more different, they will come back out at no charge. Contacted the leak detection company several times and they said they are figuring it out but never came out after 5 attempts. Called Hall's Plumbing and they came out that same day. Orlando was very nice and shared his experience with the other company and how Hall's operates. He provided an alternative solution that was less expensive and the quote was in my email the next day. I accepted the final quote and Hall's came out a few days later and fixed the underground leak. Overall very happy with Hall's Plumbing.
