  Colby came to our home and analyzed our AC system gave us excellent advice on what needed to be done, why and when. He was very personable and professional, we couldn't have asked for any better service. When we have our future work done I am specifically asking Colby too come back!

  Johnny is very professional and built excellent rapport went over and beyond, mindful and thoughtful explaining the work that had to be completed.Johnny was efficient and completed his work in a timely manner Johnny‘s years of experience shows, well done and I would recommend him to anybody in the future kudos to him!

  Amazing customer service was provided when I first called in by Sienna, she ensured I got next day service when our AC wasn’t working 🥵 Jason D came out today and completed a detailed inspection, provided a very reasonable estimate for repairs and got our system working in under an hour & a half!! Highly recommend Pearce Heating & Air!! 🙌🏼

BECAUSE YOUVE ALTEADY SPENT $2500 THIS IS A PREMIUM 3 YEAR PLUMBING AND 7 YEAR HVAC CUSTOMER. THEY CREATE SENARIOS THAT DONT EXIST AND GIVE VAGUE ANSWERS FOR WARRANTYING THEIR WORK. I WISH I COULD SHOW THE INVOICE/QUOTE THAT WAS GIVEN TO ME. THEY HAVE SNAKED MY PROPERTY NOW SAY AFTER 11 MONTHS.....NOW DESPITE WEVE COME OUT TO FIX THE PROBLEMS.....YOU STILL HAVE PROBLEM. WHYYYYY.....BECAUSE THEY ARENT DOING THEIR DUE DILIGENCE AND CREATING MORE ISSUES AND GIVING ME QUOTES WITH NO VERIFIABLE OR DETAILED BREAKDOWN OF $5950. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY DO NOT LOOK OUT FOR THEIR PAYING LONG TERM CUSTOMERS. I THOUGHT BETTER OF THEM. NO MORE. To counter what was said the road block was Sarah. Mgmt did not take the time to talk to me. This quote was drawn up yesterday giving plenty of time to send me a quote with appropriate details when you are stating a job will incur costs of $5950.00. And my grievance is also the fact that on my very 1st sewer line blow out your company did not use camera to find out what was wrong. Why have we been paying $299 plumbing service for 3 years and one currently in place. You said you charge for camera. You charge for diagnostic. You charge for everything but Sarah would not disclose the warranty on this major project costing $5950. Where's the breakdown. Where's the warranty. What have I been getting for $299 a year only to be told these things are not covered under warranty or plumbing contracts. Id like a refund of all plumbing annual fees because they served no purpose but to collect money and tell your customers nothing is covered. PEARCE HEATING PLUMBING AC.....signs Veterans, families, elderly and women who dont understand and take advantage when we ask for further explanation. Why wasnt a camera used September 30 2025. Why did that quote estimate below even had someone hit send without vetting the information? Hmmn? Lack of follow through and feigning care of a family who has paid for major work by your company to the tune of over 15k prior. No one would speak except Sarah and No Mgmt ever contacted me to resolve. YOU all dropped the ball. This is a customer service warning to your future clients especially in business practices and dishonest tactics by your company and technicians. Again. You all should have caught this Sept 2025. But unbeknownst to your clients you did not have a camera to see the problem.....which in turn would have solved every issue going forward. You did not disclose your company....plumbing company.....did not have a camera. And the plumber sent has only been with your co.pany 1 month. Every other month there is a new plumber. Ive had ERIC, IAN, Johnny, Jason, and I think Taylor. For us to have 3 years of plumbing. That's alot of guys all saying the same thing and charging me more and more and more. Nowwwwww...its $6k more.Id love for folks to see this quote.
