  Great experience! 10-stars! The price was excellent- genuinely reasonable. Old system that needed a bit of work- I had serious concerns that the entire system needed to be replaced. It was such a relief to get a professional (Justin) that knew what needed to be done -and he got the job done! Personable and professional! I highly recommend PearceHVAC ! Thank you!

  Local Family owned trustworthy and just a totally all around good vibe crew from those in the office answering the phones to the guy or gal that shows up on a service call. No BS no song and dance and no pressure.. Just facts!! We now have a total of 4 mini splits between home, home office and business and have relied on Pearce for a brand new install, general maintenance of all units and even have taken advantage of their service contracts over the past 7 years + when I just wanted to let the professionals take care of things and because of that I feel we have never had an emergency situation in the middle of August. Now, and most recently I had "Justin" come out..what a super cool family man that knows his stuff. Justin was here to troubleshoot a unit Pearce didn't even install. That's before I knew what I know now!! The original install company..well let's just say..wow!! what a joke..how freakin un professional I will never call "Him" again and I certainly wouldn't waste my time with anything to do with "Him" a one man show in Winters ..other than write a "0" Star review if there is even such a thing. I don't normally do this review stuff but it's no doubt a good source to help others from making a mistake and calling the other guys or just someone else. Now I know better and just keep it simple. Call Pearce right out of the gate now and I know from experience and friends referrals that there's no need to waste time with comparing with others cuz I already know I'm in goods hands and now you know too. Plus there prices are honestly reasonable too. No I didn't get anything for writing this..it just my honest experience and is exactly what it is!!! Cheers!! Dogs love them too !!!
