Josh was very professional and went above and beyond to do a good job. He even showed me how to use the valves that have to do with my water supply. I recommend Joshua and thank you for a job nicely done.

Ilia came on time, was pleasant and very knowledgeable. It was a diagnostic call for an old back to back wall furnace. He physically showed me the problem and looked up parts replacement costs vs purchasing a new unit. When I told him that I had begun to research the cost of a whole new system he asked if he could have access to the attic and crawl spaces under my house. He then took rough measurements and assured me that I had a perfect set up for an HVAC. But I felt absolutely no pressure to pursue that option from him. I felt that he was merely helping me in the discovery phase of my own research into a new system.

Mark came early in the window for the service call. We looked at all of my current plumbing concerns along with the original concern (water softener).
He discussed the Plumbing Membership, which I'm choosing, along with a whole house plumbing inspection. We'll develop a prioritized list so I can budget and take care of the items.
My water heater is over 20 years old and has a somewhat sketchy current installation.
I appreciate his approach and felt comfortable with him as a representative of Henry Mechanical
I'm glad I called

I worked with Henry Mechanical on two different HVAC projects. They were great to work with from start to finish. David L. in an outstanding and responsive communicator over phone, email, and text. I had lots of specific details I needed sorted and we did not have a change to meet on-site to work things out. This was no problem at all and we got multiple units installed and running in a very short time. Leo was the onsite foreman and he (and David) coordinated well with other teams I had on site doing electrical, stone, and concrete work. No issues at all working with other tradesman from different companies. Overall, they were a pleasure to work with and I would definitely recommend them!

Had a great experience today with Andrew Limon! Andrew came over to inspect our furnace and AC units after I expressed worry over a dripping secondary pipe. Andrew was professional, communicative, and transparent. He explained the ins and outs of his investigation, identified the issue quickly (broken condensate pump), and talked me through my options. He was very friendly and trustworthy. We agreed to move forward with the repair and I even signed up for annual inspections of our 18yo units with Henry Mechanical moving forward. Looking forward to working with the rest of the team at Henry and hiring them for additional work around our new home!
