  Front office is completely dysfunctional. Planned job never happened due to poor communication and lack of follow-through at their end.

  Kevin was great--personable, friendly, and knowledgeable--but he showed up 45 minutes ahead of the "window"--fortunately we were in. The annual maintenance visit for our 3-year old tankless water heater took about an hour so the $350 seemed like a lot.
