  Woody was so easy to work with, when he came to see the project and help me select the carpeting. He made me feel it was good to be working with this company. Juan and Isidro arrived right on schedule and professionally removed the old carpet, installing new padding and the new carpet. Then they cleaned up very thoroughly. The room looks terrific. I am very satisfied with the job, from start to finish.

  We recently had Canopy Creekside Walnut luxury vinyl plank (LVP) installed and couldn’t be happier! Woody guided us through the process, answered all our questions, and made everything smooth and easy. He was responsive, kind, friendly, and knowledgeable. Thank you Woody! Jesus and his team did an excellent job installing our floors, stairs, and beautiful precise baseboards. The project took 6 days, and their attention to detail and craftsmanship really shows. They were quick to address a small concern and made sure everything was done right. We highly recommend them for quality work and a great experience!

  John. Wood was my agent. He did a great job guiding me through the process of choosing the best option in my situation. He was very patient and made sure that I received samples of the carpeting that I was considering. He helped me through the paperwork process with both his store and with Costco Flooring who was also involved in my sale and installation. And not least was the installation crew. They were prompt in arriving and worked very hard and diligently to take care in moving all my furniture out of the rooms and then in returning all those items back to where they belonged. They did a great job installing the new carpet and cleaned up when they finished. I would definitely recommend West Coast Flooring in Vista and Costco Flooring!

  Outstanding service! Woody was both patient and informative with our new home project (updated flooring in 2 bathrooms and renovation of a front room). Helped us choose the best flooring type and coloring. Also was a big help with finding us a transition board (he found one in inventory and offered it to us for FREE) and was helpful with our underlayment choices. Highly Recommend!

  Can't say enough good about this place, and Kelley in particular. She helped me find a great product at a great price for a 4,000 sq ft LVP remodel back in 2021. Back then I did the whole house except for the stairs, which I left carpeted so my aging dog could make it up and down easily. Fast forward to 2025 and it's time to do the stairs. I had enough leftover product including stairnose and planks to do it, so I got three bids including one from West Coast. Ended up choosing Abbey Carpet and Floors since their bid was way under the other 2. Turns out you get what you pay for... their installation ruined my stairs and all the planks and nosing had to be ripped out and scrapped. Abbey ripped it all out leaving raw plywood and exposed nails, then walked away from their terrible installation leaving us without safe stairs and no replacement product. The manufacturer no longer makes replacements that match, either. I came back to Kelley and West Coast Flooring who helped scour every possible product line to find a good match, and guided me very helpfully through the process of finding a solution that would look good on my unique staircase that makes for tricky installation due to most current vinyl stairnose products looking hollow when viewed from the side. She found a great solution and sent a very talented installation crew out to make it absolutely perfect. The fact that this was just a staircase - a tiny job for a flooring store - made me all the more impressed that they'd put in the time and effort to help me to the extent they did. For this round, I also got a recommendation from a realtor for another store in Vista, and while their price seemed fair, they didn't invest nearly the time or energy understanding my needs and solving my problems as Kelley and her team. They even stopped by during installation to make sure it was going well, and spotted an issue that we hadn't planned for, fixing it on the fly for a perfect result. If you're doing a flooring project, you owe it to yourself to give this team a chance to win your business.
