  Leaky water heater. I called and Damien showed up in a couple hours with a replacement in his truck. Four hours later everything was back to normal. New water heater installed and working.

  Justin was prompt, courteous, and explained the project very clearly. We had our water heater installed in 3 hours and a total of about 6 hours from time of my phone call to the company. 100% recommend!

  I was in need of a replacement for water heater for an unusually tight spot . AI recommended vendors to collect about 3 to 5 bids. This company was one of the most highly recommend recommended based on reviews and my needs. I contacted a couple before this company From the first intake phone call this company was a standout in friendly, efficient, professionalism, and offered an appointment quickly. Meeting their technician Justin Gonzalez was an unexpected pleasure. He was very knowledgeable, expert, and took the time to explain things to me, and come up with solutions for my very limited challenging space. Reassuring me he could make it work. By the time he provided me with the quote; I was SOLD! because he is the only one I trusted, and wanted to work with ! I did not continue to get any further quotes. Justin followed through on communicating about arrival time , water outage times, etc today and did a fabulous job ! He’s an amazing professional this company is fortunate to have, as are his customers. I am very grateful. I could not recommend this company any higher. !
