  I have a historical home in Oceanside, CA, 90 years old. I wanted a custom cedar fence, framing a fireplace made of stone by the original owners. The fence design was challenging, since the property was also on a slope. I got 3 estimates. Two local contractors declined the job, because it was too challenging I perceived, or not skilled enough to complete the job. I walked around my neighborhood by the coast and spoke to my neighbors remodeling their homes.One home had an artistically designed fence. The owner said “ Vista Fence” is the best in the business. Another neighbor, an acclaimed realtor, who is completing an ADU, also recommended “Vista Fence” Why is Vista Fence the Best? 1) fairly priced 2) Jamie, the estimator is skilled, knowledgeable and communicative. He came to my home twice to remeasure the sloping design with the wrap around design for this 90 year stone fireplace 3) first day on the job, 2 qualified workers showed up on time. Jamie was with them over an hour explaining the design 4) when you call Ryland at the home office, he pleasantly answers ….no AI greeter! 5) the workers cleaned up the area before they left, we gave them a tip. Don’t forget to tip these hard workers! This company is stellar, professional and on top of their game! My husband said “ They know what they are doing” After I decorate with plants up against the fence with wall art , I’ll post some pictures FV

  Always professional, high quality, and very good service. Had our whole wood fence replaced years ago, and added or changed fence sections/gates multiple times throughout the years. We are always pleased with the work from this company. We have a 6 foot chain link privacy fence. Highly recommend.

  I scheduled an appointment with Vista Fence to obtain a quote for fencing work at my shop. The representative was very responsive, arrived on time, took detailed measurements, and provided a written quote without delay. Unfortunately, once I was ready to move forward with the project and reached out to schedule the work, I received no response. Despite multiple follow-up attempts over several days, I heard nothing further. I was prepared to award the contract and proceed with payment, but the complete lack of communication made that impossible. This experience was disappointing. The initial consultation created the impression of a professional, reliable company, only to be followed by a total absence of follow-through once a customer was ready to do business. I would not recommend Vista Fence based on this experience.

  We were in need of replacing an old, warped and flaking vinyl fence. Not wanting to experience the poor fence quality of the previous disaster, I did extensive homework on highly-rated fencing products. I easily settled on the Catalyst product.With the product determined, the next effort was to select a qualified Catalyst installer. Vista fence was one of two that I found in the San Diego area. Both came and provided their insights and quotes. I was immediately impressed with the knowledge and experience of Tyler from Vista fence. They have extensive experience with the Catalyst product which was critical to my decision. They also were the ONLY fencing company that could provide an aluminum gate which allows me to comply with the Zone Zero legislation. The outcome is simply stellar. Not only was the Vista crew competent, they worked tirelessly from morning to evening to get the job done on-time. They ensure that the job site was cleaned each evening before they left. I could not more highly recommend Vista Fence Company. Their people, commitment to excellence and pricing were unmatched.

  I realized I needed a pass through gate . I have an electric gate and know how to manually open the gate when I am on the property. But there was an unexpected power failure and I was out doing errands. No one was home. I judged it unsafe and unwise to crawl over the chain link fencing. I did get “Public Assistance “ from the Vista Fire Department. I consulted Vista Fence Company and they installed a pass through chain link gate for me. They were able to accommodate me by the next week. They were professional and friendly. They were keen to be cautious of buried sprinkler lines, something I hadn’t thought about. I would highly is company.
