Charging me for incompetent service over and over is unacceptable. I attempted to settle the invoice in a fair manner with the supervisor with no success. Stay away from this company. I am contacting the BBB to report them next.

Young lady who set my appt was also very courteous and did all she could to make a same day tech on the weekend and was successful. Great company, great people.
