  Our large garage door spring broke this morning and we could not get a car out to get to work. I called shortly after 7 AM and Sheri answered my voicemail within minutes. Dallas was here a few hours later and not only fixed but upgraded a bunch of parts for our loud, 16 year-old, never serviced garage door. Excellent communication, professionalism, fast, reliable service at a fair price, highly recommend!

  Bradbury was one of the companies I called for an estimate for a repair of a hinge on my garage door. Bradbury (Tim) told me that I also needed new springs. Trying to save some money, I decided to go with another company (highly rated) who fixed the hinge and suggested some “maintenance” to prolong the life of the springs. Two days later a spring broke. When I called the other company to let them know they said it wasn’t their fault and sent an estimate to fix the spring. Not offering any kind of discount or even apology. Total waste of money. I called Bradbury back and they came the next day. Not only were they right about the problem initially, they offered a 5 year warranty which was better than the others. You can trust these guys to be on time, know what they’re talking about and offer a fair price.

  Bradbury used to be reputable and fair. They came out to my home a year ago for a garage door issue and spent more than an hour and charged a reasonable price for parts and labor. This past week I needed help again and they charged ONE HUNDRED dollars (less than an hour) MORE for LABOR than a year ago! Did Trump's lame tariffs make them charge such ridiculous prices?

  I would recommend Bradbury Garage Doors to anyone who needs services. Yelp sent my request for garage door services to multiple vendors once I pushed the button “Get a quote.” Out of the 4-5 services that responded, Bradbury was the only company that actually responded with a general quote identifying the spring they would use and noting it was made in the US. The others mostly responded with a foot in the door technique: “We have a technician in your area and he can come out and consult.” Matt was on time, efficient and pleasant. He helped me push my 1930 classic car out of the garage (for extra safety to the car) when I discovered a dead battery. Compliments to Matt and Bradbury.
