  Jesus Charolet did a thorough job of our complimentary services call, due to being members of ASI's service program. He was very professional and explained all that was being done. He made suggestions for possible concerns, but understood when I said we couldn't afford upgrades at this time. We will definitely consider those down the road. We've been impressed with ASI and their workers.Thank-you Jesus.

  I really wanted this to be 5 stars. The commercials make them "seem" so trusting. But recently called them to address a minor plumbing issue and purchased the Membership. The minor issue was fixed prior to their arrival, so we had them flush our tankless and do an inspection. So far so good. Then he noticed a leak at the side of our disposal. Good catch! Happy guy. Then the $11 part turned into a $1,000 quote to replace the disposal and a short pipe he said was cross-threaded and could "potentially" become a leak. No thanks, I bought the $11 part and replaced the rubber seal myself. Day 2 was HVAC cleaning and tune up as part of the program. We've owned this house for 10 years and the HVAC works great, has never had an issue at all. This was preventative maintenance. The guy tells me that our furnace is no longer made even though it's less than 15 years old and that it should be replaced. Our AC which cools beautifully, apparently is R22 which he says they don't make. So, he didn't clean the condenser or fill the R22. So what DID he do? He looked in the attic and says that all looks good, but our vents aren't sealed where they enter the house. What? I saw the pics, it has the duct tape and he said it has to have 3 layers, then something then more tape. Seems fishy to me. No one has ever said that. We don't notice any air escaping and the home heats and cools as it should. So I told him about our bad experience with plumbers and HVAC and how everyone promises they're the best, but then the next guy says they were incompetent and used shoddy things. They say Realtors and Car Dealers are shady? Show me an HONEST HVAC tech and Plumber and I'll hire them. Almost $30k in recommendations? NO WAY. Then the guys said to me and I quote...."Well you DID call the most expensive company." That was the most honest thing he said on his visit.

  Every time ASI comes to my house for inspection they are very professional and friendly. I really appreciate that every single one of them brings their own shoe cover. I am one of those people who doesn’t like outside shoes inside my house. Either they remove their shoes or I provide shoe covers, 😀 They are very diligent. Israel Godoy was thorough and considerate. I am recovering from my surgery and he gave me a concise and brief explanation of the inspection. I saw him cleaning the AC system. I have a yearly membership at ASI, they automatically renew my membership. I recommend ASI for their professionalism, punctuality and friendliness.

  This is my second time experiencing the outstanding service provided by the professionals at ASI, and once again, I am thoroughly impressed. Rodolfo Garcia did a phenomenal job and demonstrated the utmost professionalism throughout his visit. He was incredibly respectful of my home, immediately putting on shoe booties to keep the floors clean. He took the time to go into each room, clearly explaining his process every step of the way. In addition to meticulously cleaning my air unit, Rodolfo offered valuable maintenance advice and shared photos of every area he inspected and tuned up. I am incredibly pleased with his top-tier service and highly recommend both Rodolfo and ASI for their expertise and exceptional customer care.

  The ASI guy Alec came out to my property To clean my mini split, didn’t seem like he was in the best of moods to start out with. I showed him where the unit was. He opened it up and started taking pictures, he then asked me where the main unit was. I told him it was up on the roof and he’s still working on the unit downstairs and then says well do you want me to find it myself? I said no I’ll show you where it is. I just thought you were still working on the unit down here so I start to walk him up to the main unit and he says I’m not finished down here yet. That should’ve told me all I needed to know about this guy. I lead him to where the main unit is then he says you don’t have a hose up here? I said no, who has a hose on their roof. Normally the guy gets up there and asked me to hand him the hose that I have on the side of my house. Then he says I don’t want to access the unit through this way so then he comes back down my stairs, goes out to the side of my house after complaining that it’s too narrow to get his ladder up. Then finally he gets the ladder up goes up washes off. The unit comes down and then he tracks mud all over my brand new patio instead of asking me for a broom to sweep up the mounds of dirt he had he starts washing it down with water wetting up all of my patio furniture. I heard the water Running full blast and went out and told him can you please not wet up all of my patio furniture it’s new out here. I really didn’t want a bunch of water running all over it because it was making more of a mess. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had with anyone coming out to do a job at my home. Normally the technicians that come out are very aware and very courteous and also they are very careful with my property.
