  Jack, ASI, Service Person, came when promised, chatted with me briefly and checked out my AC unit. Afterwards, checked vents in my home to check on the cooling of the AC unit. He was satisfied, so I was, too. Jack is very pleasant and really cares about his customers. I'm pleased with his work ethic. I pay for HVAC yearly checkups, so I paid nothing for Jack's checkup visit today!

  A plumbing backup in my mother's older house could have had multiple causes. Felipe Blancarte came to the house and spent time evaluating the problem and got a second opinion on how best to diagnose the problem and fix. His thoughtful and efficient approach likely saved us thousands of dollars in unnecessary work. He was professional, very polite, and a pressure to work with.

  Michael looks like he just finished high school--thats sort of unfair, but he was sent to descale my tankless water heater that ASI put in 2 years ago. he managed to take off the front panel, but couldn't turn 2 valves for the descaling. He told me he was NOT allowed to do it, but would schedule an elevated plumber to come. He told me the plumber would be able to either turn the valves or replace the connector valve that would allow for the descaling. He told me he would tell the plumber to bring a pump so he could complete the project. 2 days later the plumber (higher in the food chain) came and said..."Im not touching this, this needs a whole new piping...to the tune of $1000. He then told me the system was likely to be good for another 3-5 yrs without anything. He then left Finally another workman for my refrigerator was over and he asked if he could see the system. Within 15 seconds, he was able to turn the valves, with nothing but his strong finger. I recalled ASI and got the top customer service manager (which I reluctantly agreed to and within 30 mins the tankless was descaled. All complementary. My annual membership in ASI is going to likely be cancelled

  I had ASI install a Halo Water Softener and Reverse Osmosis in my home. What a difference it has made after just 24 hours. We had an amazing crew here to do the work. Aaron Oros, Aaron Pulido and Daniel Storch did a lot of work to make everything fit nicely and neatly in their spaces. They explained everything to us as they were doing the work so we could understand how the system runs. They were also very neat while working and that is nice to see.

  “Excellent service from Salvador Morales! He truly went above and beyond from start to finish. He was bilingual, very respectful, professional, and patient throughout the entire visit. He took the time to thoroughly explain everything in a way that was easy to understand and made sure all of our questions were answered. What stood out most was his attention to detail and how carefully he worked to make sure everything was done right. It’s hard to find technicians who genuinely care about their work and their customers the way Salvador did. Highly recommend!”
