  Need a good plumber in Tulare County??? Don’t call The Plumbing Company in Visalia, CA – unless you want a plumber that: - Doesn’t return your service request call for three days. - Charges you full labor rate while they take 20min break. - Damages your faucet fixtures while trying to ‘repair’ them. - Requires you to buy new fixtures to replace parts they ruined. - Expects extra pay to install replacements for parts they ruined. - ‘Repairs’ unbroken items, charging you parts & labor for it. - Does work that immediately fails & floods your bathroom. - Has even more work fail within a week of being ‘repaired’. We paid good money for quality customer service like this…. Save yourself the trouble. You don’t need the grief. Call another plumber – stay away from The Plumbing Company.

  Never called to schedule my appointment then I called and got sent to another place and the person who answered was so rude and giving attitude that I just hung up and canceled my apt

  This people came to my home and they did nothing. They charged me $250 dollars of labor for one hour and had to come back two days later because he didn’t have special equipment that they need to unclog the drain. Justin said that was needed to fix the issue. My shower is still the same it doesn’t work. I just got charged for them to come and do nothing but blow air into my clogged faucet. Do not hire their services they do not fix the issues and they just take your money. They never gave me a quote or price on how much their hourly rate was. When speaking to Justin he said it is $150 dollars and hour for plumbing business. Which I was not aware. They said they would call me back and they never called. Very unprofessional. I am very upset with this company. I hope people look at the reviews and know that they will get scammed by this company.

  We called them after getting no response from another Plumbing company that we had already received an estimate from. Not only was their estimate way better, the work was done two days later. We will definitely use them again. They we awesome!
