  A tech (Jorge) came after hours during the central valley sahara heat and quickly fixed our AC. Good price, no upsell, AMAZING customer service. This is the Go-To HVAC company to call.

  Go with them only if you want to get ripped off. The techs are nice guys, the management are unprofessional and rude. Do yourself a favor and choose a different company

  When my AC went out I had the company we have an annual membership with come out to diagnose the issue (I won’t name them here but it’s a large HVAC company in the Central Valley). They quoted me $7,000 dollars to fix the unit but most likely would need a full replacement ~$30,000. Fortunately I got a second opinion and contacted Larry with Superior Air. He helped us diagnose what was actually wrong with the AC unit and $400 later our unit was back up and running with 1 part replaced. Furthermore, he provided a realistic plan to fix 1 other part if the first part didn’t do the trick. 1 week later the $400 part is still doing its job. More importantly, my eyes were opened to potential misleading “diagnostics” by some of the bigger companies in the Hanford area and how they try to trap you into spending a lot of money (I wouldn’t say it’s a scam, but it’s pretty close to one). Without Larry and Superior Air’s insight, I may have fallen into the big companies trap. Thanks Larry!

  Jorge was the technician that came out to service our HVAC system. Very polite and professional. I appreciate the email, photo, and information regarding the technician coming out. He tested the system, checked it, and tested again. We were not able to replicate the issue. Advised to call back if the issue arose again. The issue happened in January. It is now almost the end of April and the issue did not occur again.
