  Sergio Rodriguez cleaned my HAVAC system for free. He said it was in good shape and tried to explain to me how the system works together both the heat and cooling. My system is one year old. So he cleaned it for free. I tried to give him a tip bit he would not take it. I think I am going to call again because my thermostat is not on the correct time and I do not seem to get cool air as much as I thought. But he did a great job!

  Made an appointment. Was told I would have some one come by between 8-12pm. Got a call day of appointment staying service tech was still on first job, so I had to be rescheduled. I stated I would cancel my service. I've been through this before. Then I was told some one would be there by 5. I stated if they come after 5 I would not let them do the service. At 4:50 tech shows up. I told him I am done with Monarch. I wasted a whole day waiting. I'm tired of this lack of service. Good bye.

  Jose Castellon was on time and extremely polite and knowledgeable. This is a rental house and his interaction with the tenants was exceptional. He asked permission before doing anything and explained his process not only to me the homeowner but the tenants as well. It required Adrian his supervisor to come and assist the final inspection. Adrian was as good as Jose. I highly recommend Monarch Home Services. Highly satisfied customer. Carl

  Don't use. Monarch home service is a rip off. I had another electrician come out. My electrical plugs in the bedroom stopped working. Monarch stated it was the plug behind the tv. Monarch wanted to replace every plug in the entire home. I said no. I was given a quote to replace 11 electrical non GFI plugs and replace 2 bad circuits in the panel. In addition they needed to call a team of workers to replace plugs quickly. This morning an honest electrician came to my home. The plug that was bad was in a room that wasn't even checked. Monarch wanted to replaced 11 good plugs, 2 working circuits in the panel for $ 7500.00. I had the 2 bad plugs replaced and light switch changed for $120.00. (parts labor) there was nothing wrong with the circuit panel. He also checked and tighten several other plugs. The initial monarch technician had no or minimal electrical knowledge. He complained to me about his bad back and lack of sleep due to a newborn. He was wasting time until someone else came, perhaps the team of workers they were going to bring in. I was told repeatedly my house could catch fire at any moment.. This is the 2nd bad experience I had with this company. I was told my Ac unit was about to fail in 2019 and has been working just fine. I get maintenance checks yearly. Once again don't use or trust monarch services for any reason. Could not post zero stars I think this company tries to take advantages of women and a seniors. When the technician provided price I laughed at him and kicked him out.

  Polite and professional is how I describe this company. Monarch Home Services through Costco installed my HVAC system 3 years ago. They come out twice a year to check air conditioning or heating. The service people always text to inform me they are on their way. The text always identifies the person who is coming to my home. Once they arrive, they are polite, introducing themselves and asking permission to enter. They ask questions about my HVAC system. Then they change my filter, if I have not done so, and inspect the unit on my roof. Nothing is done without asking permission. The service tech asks permission to access my attic to inspect the venting. When he’s finished, he cleans up. I am pleased with the service techs professionalism.
