  The guys were very nice and seemed professional , however this was a complimentary service to Check our system and give advice if we need it and help with any question or concerns, get estimates, that sort of thing. They were here for couple hours. The next day as our house heated up to 86 degrees, the AC no longer is turning on. We have never had an issue with the AC prior to the visit, now there is only Ai answering our emergency call to try and get it fixed. It happens to be a 3day weekend and no person to contact to help us get AC back on. We have family coming to stay with us and now we have zero AC in 90 degree weather. Not real sure I can say good service if they came here and broke or dismantled our unit that had zero issues before they came.

  Daniel was our technician today. He was very professional and informative. He did the maintenance needed, let me know what parts may need to be replaced or cleaned, and he did it in a timely manner.

  Reason for a "4", was for the Office Mgmt. Had an appointment for Thursday between 8am-12pm. I called twice, then after that time, they wanted to reschedule. Due to issue at previous appointment. I get that, but a courtesy call would have been great. Need to speak with customer, not a "I sent you an email/text", not everyone answers them. Elderly people are slower... should be a one on one conversation, much more personable/caring for client. Rescheduled for Friday (12-4pm), per office. The guys that came were Great! (Giving them a 5)

  This is the most dishonest place I have ever almost did business with. I needed air conditioning switch on electrical panel, instead of trying to get the air conditioning turned back on for my senior citizen tenants in 106 degree weather. Monarch gave me a quote of 12,000 dollars and five to seven days to get it fixed. They drew up contract stating it was not going to be finish until 90 days. I asked Monarch about the amount of days, they said they put that on all their contracts. Something was not sitting right in my spirit about this company. Thank God He gave me discernment. I canceled contract and went with someone else. The other company came right out and fixed air conditioning panel switch same-day for my senior citizen tenants and gave a price to fix the rest of the panel for 3,000.dollars. They had more compassion about getting the air conditioning right a way because they knew it was hot. First of all Monarch had no compassion, it was over priced and it was going to take a lot of days. Monarch is dishonest. Do yourself a favor, don't do business with them.
