  Jose Castellon and Dakota Waggoner today both came to service our unit that had been out since Sunday. They were friendly, courteous and very efficient taking the time to explain everything that was being done to our unit, and gave me options on what i need to resolve in the next few weeks. Both were very patient, assured me and not only took the time needed to explain everything to me, but also asked me several times if I had any questions. Today's visit was excellent and very professional. Thank you Monarch. Jose Castellon was very professional, and had such a positive disposition which made me feel at ease, and I was very grateful to him for showing me the pictures of how my AC unit looked after he had completed his work on it. He checked that the air was flowing in the vents. Thank you Jose.

  I pay for a monthly membership for two services each year. I’d say overall they are okay, however, they always try to sell us some crazy expensive service. I believe they use equipment that reports inaccurate values to help them convince homeowners to replace or repair items that might not need it.

  I just wanted Monarch Heating & Air conditioning from Visalia to know what a pleasure it was to have Jose Castellon the technician come out to our home and do our HVAC maintenance. Jose Castellon was very polite, knowledgeable and helpful in explaining what was needed. I highly recommend Monarch Heating & Air Conditioning from Visalia and hope others will have the same opportunity and experience we had , to have Jose Castellon as their technician. Deborah

  Helpful. Accommodating. Flexible. No complaints here - we just had a routine maintenance service visit and it was done at the hottest time of the day, during a hot temp week. Outside temperature was 107 degrees, and our service man braved the attic for an hour enduring likely 113 degrees or more heat to check all the operational parts. Cleaning and checking was done very thoroughly. A real professional experience.

  From the start, Monarch was incredible. I needed a technician to come out and help me get a garage fridge working. I called another company, and they said they couldn’t send anybody for two to three days. I found Monarch online, called, and Cheyenne was here within the hour. Cheyenne was great, diagnosed the issue quickly, explained everything quickly, and made recommendations. When it came time to get a quote and schedule the work, his supervisor, Jason, was on site in less than 15 minutes, and we had the contract done quickly. I was blown away that they were not only on-site the same day, but also that the installation was scheduled for 48 hours later. When the installers came, they did great work and took great care. We are thrilled with the work, service, price, and all-around experience. I know who I’m calling from here on out.
