  From the moment the tech stepped out of the vehicle he was unprofessional and unprepared for the job. Called me by a different name and simply say “yo you Abel” on initial conversation his first response was so what are we doing here and how much do you want to pay. Everything we talked about was him sharing the ridiculously expensive prices when all I needed was information on my warranty that the lady over the phone refused to give. Said I’d have to pay for the tech to come out and tell. Didn’t really help me much with my issue just confident they can charge me a ton of money to replace something under warranty. 5800 for labor on a compressor swap?? No thanks

  Absolutely ridiculous! 30 mins talking to a AI with multi languages just to have them. Showed up 2 hrs late. Telling me they charge $184 to come out. Then Stated I have a clogged drain! Thank you, I had no idea….. what a fool Then processed to tell me to snake a drain 6 feet would be $750 and that didn’t include the $184. What ……… I mean What…….. $750 to snake a drain Thank you for wasting my time with your highway robbery bull. Take a walk I’ll never call you again and no one I know or can talk to will either Your ridiculous and a total rip off Don’t use these fools Another plumber did the whole job for $200 Total Call anyone else These guys are scammers figuring you won’t use them after they say the price and they can then charge you $184 for not doing anything

  I had a great experience with Lee’s air, plumbing heating and roofing. Alex was extremely helpful, professional, and understanding throughout the entire process. Unfortunately, I had to cancel the work at the last minute after my home Warranty company informed me that the repair for a leak coming from my Water main would be covered under my warranty. The cancellation was absolutely no fault of Lee’s or Alex. Even though the job did not move forward Alex was courteous patient and willing to help every step of the way. The level of customer service and professionalism I received left a very positive impression. Based on my experience, I would highly recommend Lee’s To anyone looking for quality home repair services!

  If I could give this company 0 stars, I absolutely would. I’m very disappointed with my experience with Lee’s. I honestly feel that the way the service and pricing were explained to me was extremely misleading. I’ll admit, I made the mistake of putting a pot of chicken noodle soup down my kitchen sink. You would think I would have learned my lesson from the last time! Previously, I used my home warranty, and the plumber who came out spent less than 20 minutes snaking the line. He even told me that next time it would probably be cheaper to simply call a plumber directly rather than use the home warranty. So this time, I called Lee’s. I specifically explained to the woman on the phone that I simply needed someone to come out and snake the drain. I was not looking to have anything taken apart or replaced. She told me the service call was $49, and that if they did not have to take anything apart, the $49 would be applied toward the cost of snaking the drain. I specifically asked her, “Are you sure? Because if this is going to cost more than $100, I’ll just use my home warranty.” She told me they do not work through home warranty companies. I explained that I understood and said I would contact my warranty company to have them assign someone instead. She again assured me that it would only be the $49 service call. The technician arrived the next morning. He was pleasant, and I have no complaint about his demeanor. We explained the issue, he took a few pictures of my sink, which did not even have standing water in it, and then went outside to snake the line from the back. A few minutes later, he came back to the door and told us it would be $495 to snake the drain. Needless to say, I declined. My biggest issue is not that a company charges for its services. My issue is that I specifically called ahead, clearly explained what I needed, and specifically asked about the cost because I did not want to spend hundreds of dollars on a simple drain snaking. I was repeatedly given the impression that this would be a reasonably priced service. Instead, I ended up paying $49 for what amounted to only a few minutes of the technician’s time, and now I will have to pay another $95 to have my home warranty company send someone out. Had I been told over the phone that snaking the drain could potentially cost $495, I would have never scheduled the appointment. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company. The communication regarding pricing was extremely disappointing, and I feel like I was not given the information I needed to make an informed decision before agreeing to the service call.

  UPDATE: 9-25-26 Lee's Customer Service contacted me and took the time to discuss their concerns regarding our experience. Carrie was extremely apologetic and made it abundantly clear that Alex's actions were not within Lee's standards and their internal issue had been swiftly resolved. Carrie acknowledged our trust in Lee's as a reputable business had been damaged. Lee's only felt it right to pay for the cost of the repair completed by the other plumber and provide a future service at no cost in hopes of regaining some trust. We appreciate Lee's swift actions and sincerity. Original review: Alex quoted $2,000 to hydro clear a kitchen sink blockage or $1800 for him to come back after work to "help out" with the cost and gave us his personal phone number. When questioned, Alex said a regular snaking wouldn't fix the problem and they are more expensive because they are a big company. That seemed like a scam so we called Stan the Plumber who successfully snaked the blockage for $118.45 about an hour after Lee's Alex left. Definitely get multiple quotes and protect yourself from being taken advantage of! Thank you Gabriel and Stan the Plumber!!!
