- YYYasmin5 days ago1.0DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY ! They do not do their job correctly. We had to install a brand new unit a year ago and they still haven’t completed the process for the permits. They also left our solar turned off in that time and we lost over a year worth of units from our grid. We tried to contact customer service to no avail. MOST of the workers are lazy and you can tell in the work they provide. When they installed the unit 5 workers were here, while only one worked and the others sat around breaking all of our outside plastic chairs. Install was supposed to take 2-4 days and it took almost two weeks. Not to mention they still didn’t complete the job the first time; we’ve had several workers out since. Headache of a company, not to mention the financing company they use always “lose” payments to try and get more money out of you. Please steer clear of this company.
- RRRoberto RasAug 14, 20262.0My experience with this place was unpleasant.the guy had jump every where around my HVAC unit .it was not necessary as it looked like he was going to give a report to his supervisor and make the inspection fee meaningful!.at the end of unprofessional inspection he gave me a screen in his device that showed most of the unit need to be replaced.the cost runs over 9k .when said it is too much the other option was as expected,get new unit with finance.I fixed my HVAC some where else and it cost me less than 1k.the problem was clear but the greed is never ends!!
