- CMChris MayoMay 8, 20263.0Kevin ensured that there were no issues with my AC unit before discussing any potential costs. He wanted to address my problems first. Surprisingly, he did everything at no charge. I had hoped the plumber would inspect the equipment before servicing, which I believe cost around $350. Later, he informed me that I needed a new water heater, which was approximately $7,000. I had hoped he would have mentioned this before charging me for the service of a broken appliance.

All the company offered was to have the same guy come repair after I said he wasn't welcome in my home. Asked me to get a quote then said 2 quotes. Never made the repair.
