I have been meaning to write my review and just now getting to it. Anyway my garage door got stuck in the up position due to a rake pole got in the way. Good Golly garage came out the same day and was able to fix it right away. They were very nice and professional. I would use them again.

New garage door install. Shane was great. Answered all of my questions, worked with my schedule and did a phenomenal job completing the service. I’ll be contacting GG again for any future services.

Shane came to my 82 year old mom's house today to on a service call. We were given three options as to how to fix the problem with the garage door. He was patient and professional with her, didn't push her into anything she didn't want, and answered all her questions, so she felt comfortable in her choices. They installed what she chose, right away, she was worried she would have to come back another day. I choose this company off of Google reviews. I called on Saturday and got an appointment on Tuesday. They kept in contact with me, as to when the technician was going to arrive, the communications was out standing! Yasmin called me on Monday to make sure I had an appointment and was equally as kind and informative as the technician. I would highly recommend this company, they understand the meaning of customer service.

It all started last night when I heard a loud noise come from my garage, it truly scared everyone in the house. I went to investigate to find that the spring on my garage door failed. I’ve never ran into something like this before so I just started googling how I can get this fixed. I ended up hearing from my neighbor that he had his garage looked at by the guys over at Good Golly. So I decided to give them a call, they answered quick and got someone out here within the hour. I was amazed! Anthony, our tech for the day was able to get it looked at and let us know he could get it working again. We were also informed that they have these new ones that connect to your phone so you can see whenever the door opens and for how long it’s been open. (Good to know especially up here in Victorville, can never be to safe). We ended up getting a new spring and a new MyQ Chamberlain smart garage motor! The best part was it didn’t break the bank and was installed professionally. I don’t think you can find a better set of guys to help with your garage door than the ones over at Good Golly!
