  Service was fast. Technician was polite and listened to what I had already diagnosed. Charges were unfair. They said that the “service charge “ would go towards the repair but then added the repair on top of the service charge. The repair was reconnecting 3 wires where I had a short in one due to a loose connection when installed. The call lasted maybe 15 minutes. Just not happy with the extra charge.

  I called this company to install a swamp cooler and they referred me to there sister company called Simple Air Swamp Cooler Service in Victorville, CA. This company was the worst product and service I have ever dealt with. They installed the cooler super poorly. First they did even put any protective sealant, all they put was some tape, then they lied said was getting a new cooler and it was used, then the hoses were leaking and the screws that hold the cool at the bottom were not even anchored, super unsafe. The cooler itself was damaged because it continues to have leak that they came out 3 time to fix and its still leaking. So they gave me bad product and wont honor there so call 1 year warranty. They want to chard to come back out for there bad cooler. So I also hold AC Plus Heating and Air responsible for referring to their sister company that would do this type of work to its local residents/community for a quick buck. Very disappointing how you cant trust company to take accountability for there work any more this days.

  We used AC Plus for our new construction and could not be happier. They went above and beyond with the entire system. Their employees were professional and their communications throughout the process were excellent. We got two units in our house and they are both located near our daughter’s room, you do not hear even the slightest noise from them when they are running. I have recommended this company for years and will continue to do so. Every small business should treat their customers the way we were treated by AC Plus!

  The original estimator Ryan was very nice and caring. He showed me that I needed a new system and he worked with my budget. I was having surgery that day and he had an emergency same day service so I can have a cool house when I came back from the hospital. Larry Zuniga was my technician and he had 1 other person helping. I left them at my house while they did the new installation and took old system I went to the hospital for surgery. THEY ARE AWESOME PEOPLE TO WORK WITH THEY ARE CARING AND VERY KIND AND UNDERSTANDING. I will definitely call them when I need my system serviced. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM FOR ALL A/C OR PLUMBING NEEDS. THEY ARE GREAT/AWESOME PEOPLE.

  We had an excellent experience with AC Plus! Diego, Felix and Ruben were professional, courteous and efficient throughout the entire process. They installed our new AC unit in a timely manner and did a fantastic job. What impressed most was how quickly AC Plus responded. They came out on Saturday to assess our needs and had our new unit installed by Wednesday.The installation was smooth and the team took the time to answer our questions and make sure everything was working perfectly before they left. We highly recommend AC Plus and a special thank you to Tawny, Felix, Diego and Ruben for their outstanding service.
