  We could not be happier with our experience with Pinky’s Iron Doors! They recently delivered a stunning 12-foot iron door to our property, and the entire process—from ordering to delivery—was exceptional. From the moment we placed our order, communication was excellent. We received regular updates, and the door arrived much faster than we expected. A special shout-out to our delivery driver, Tarabu, who provided truly outstanding service. He kept us informed every step of the way with both text messages and phone calls, ensuring we always knew exactly when to expect him. When he initially missed our driveway, he skillfully navigated a massive box truck through narrow, winding country roads and made his way back without disturbing a single mature tree or damaging any landscaping. It was genuinely impressive to watch. Tarabu was professional, courteous, and incredibly efficient. He also took the time to offer helpful advice to our contractors on the safest and easiest way to unload the door. This isn’t our first experience with Pinky’s—we also purchased our matching front door from them and had an equally fantastic experience. The quality, communication, and customer service have been top-notch every time. We can’t wait to see this beautiful door installed. Pinky’s has earned customers for life! Update: Door is fully installed and more beautiful than I could have ever imagined!! Thank you Pinkys!!

  Pinkys, funny name great door company, the door we have is the Dutch door and it is so well made so well engineered that it's a simple install and it's nothing but solid. Dwayne was a very easy going very tied in to what their product line is that it was very helpful dealing with him.

A special thank-you to Dayne Ashbaugh, whose outstanding customer service truly made the process seamless. He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and responsive, taking the time to walk me through every step. I was initially apprehensive about ordering directly rather than relying on a contractor, especially when it came to ensuring my measurements were accurate. Dayne put my concerns at ease and provided the guidance I needed to move forward. The end result is stunning, the installation went perfectly, and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase.
